I am terribly disappointed and will never ever use UPS again for delivery..used their services 3 x in month of December to deliver Xmas presents to Milwaukee...2 pkgs sent from Welland to Milwaukee arrived within 3 days when they initially quoted 5...therefore I trusted them when I brought in a very expensive xmas present on 18th explained would pay whatever to ensure my gifts arrived by xmas. They suggested ground service sufficient...well it's the 26th now and doesn't look like it will be delivered before the 29th..I tracked this very expensive pkg twice daily and note it sat 48 hrs in Toronto before being dispatched to Windsor..then customs 1 day. (Totally get customs) than sat 3 days in a Detroit depot and was not moved until they received numerous complaints..no clear explanation as to why taken out of circulation!!! I paid for items to be insured.plus shipping costs totalled $101.00 I emailed, texted and phoned..only one person was helpful and that was individual in Detroit depot who dispatched item to Detroit airport asap. He couldn't explain why out of circulation, but put it back. This item would have arrived on time if not removed from circulation for total of 5 days.. the individuals I spoke to didn't care...that item wasn't moving and were not prepared to look into it at all..one answer I got was not to worry it's insured.. is this their attitude? I will never ever trust this company again..I will also post how we were charged extra for a box we bought from UPS but charged for larger box. Manager said we sell box to you based on measurements from inside box but cost to send is based on measurements of exterior of box????..SCAM!!

Don't want to take responsibility for their stores and likes to blame customers and dodge dealing with complaints.Person hung up on me after accusing me of making false accusations for bringing up a suspicion of parcel theft by UPS Store #36.UPS Store #36 is run liars that won't own their mistakes and make any excuse to avoid fault.From my experience the UPS Store Corporate HQ is leading by example. It seems that lying to customers and not taking responsibility is Corporate Policy.I will be filing a complaint with the Competition Bureau Canada(Federal Government Agency dealing with stuff like this, false advertising, etc. They fine big companies big money sometimes.) I would recommend others do the same.

Expecting an international package and it states that the address that I put is invalid and it needs to be clarified.. I went to the UPS store location in Milton, ON, hoping my package was there or if she can help me correct the labeled address since the UPS website is so difficult to navigate and really, it doesn't work. the lady did not even took the time to explain to me what to do, or who to call to get proper updates. I went again an hour before they closed and the guy game me the customer service hotline. was on hold for 30 minutes only to find out they have to transfer my call to the international department. Really, no one knows what they're doing.

UPS is by far the worst company Canadians can use for shipping. I have had an issue with the vast majority of my packages. I can usually expect packages to be damaged, late or unknown delivery date and charged hidden fees.In the past I have had problems with tax collection fees" and had workers tell me that I must use UPS as my broker for international shippments. Don't let UPS lie about how brokerage works.If you fill out the system for email notifications don't expect anything. I have cctv cameras and once the package has been dropped on the sidewalk outside your house then you will receive the notification there is no heads up. They don't knock on your door or anything. No concern with package theft whatsoever.I had a package recently arrive that was obviously rounded and destroyed. There was no note from during the shipping process of the damage. Nor did the delivery driver have any concern with the package appearing to have dropped down sets of stairs. If UPS cannot deliver a square box and have it remain in the condition they received it they should improve their system of accepting packages.But they don't. They put the blame on individual UPS stores and the individual who packaged the box. The UPS store ensured the shipper the item was fine for shipping and UPS accepted no accountability despite absolutely mangling the package and none of their workers making a note of the obvious damage. The damage was obviously noticed as the box was ripped in transport and plastic wrapped back together.This is the most expensive option with the poorest professionalism ime and everytime I have brought these issues up with corporate they just disregard and push the blame elsewhere . Pathetic ."

Avoid this company! Not only did the package I sent by express not get to its location by the guaranteed date (sure, really guaranteed! What a joke!), the UPS company refused to give a refund. After they made the mistake of not being able to use GPS or a map.The address was correct on the package, but UPS denied it was so. Because they want to keep the money obviously. The staff at the UPS store were only slightly helpful. They were more worried however, about deferring blame to UPS than solving the actual problem.Will never use UPS again. I would give 0/5 if I could.

If I could post a zero I would have. I have had the worst experience with UPS. I ordered a hood fan from Costco and they delivered it 4 times to me DAMAGED. The 5th attempted .... they lost my shipment. I'm still waiting! When I call, I'm sure i'm speaking to someone overseas and they refuse to give out the local number. It's impossible to get correct up to date information from them. What a horrible experience.

UPS was paid to deliver a package from the US to my address. because the package was being shipped from the US I was required to pay duties before the package could be delivered to my address.I contacted UPS by phone and paid the duties, the UPS representative confirmed that the package would be delivered to my house and specified the date, this was not the case. I shortly received a notification the day that the package was to arrive stating that the package was now being sent back to the sender in the US because the delivery person stated that the “apartment address was incorrect”. I did not receive a refund and UPS is now stating I must have the sender pay again to ship the items.UPS was able to place failed delivery stickers on my door step multiple times to the same address they claimed was incorrect. I even stayed home the day it was to be delivered to ensure that I would receive the package. I also had second package due to arrive from UPS as well, this was from a different sender (CostCo). I only received the one new package which had the same address and confirmed by UPS.This was a human error by UPS and they are refusing to make things right and ship the package to me, they have taken money, time and the actual item that belongs to me and simply state they cannot ship the items from the US to Canada because they don't have the ability.... I don't understand why UPS doesn't have the ability to provide the very basic service they sell.UPS has horrible customer service, they do not care about the customer experience.

I really do not think their system works.I called customer service for an explanation why it shows Barrie ON scan and then a Louisville KY.They explained to me that the paper work is here in Barrie and the Package is in Louisville KY.I asked to see if I would be able to get a credit seeing that the pack did not arrive on time. They told me that I was not eligible for a return or credit,They also mentioned something about a commercial pkg document, which I was not aware of when the package was submitted to be shipped.I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me that I can contact the CEO via instagram or twitter. ????? The service agent would not give me an email address to contact someone about my experience or talk to someone about their FLAWED system.I am really not happy with the level of service that I have received during this experience.I wish you good luck if you decide to us UPS.

Simply a terrible company. Told Apple they should never use them. Home for 2 days. Delivery fellow never knocks on the door. Call supervisors that will resolve but they can’t even communicate with their own people so nothing gets resolved. They should just be a pick up company and the customer should just pick it up. Should not even be in business. What a joke of a company!!!

The WORST WORST WORST.. shipping company.. I have had such a headache receiving my order I will never ever order anything from a company that Uses UPS!!!!! Be warrned.. if you're not home or don't have exact change you will have to pick up your parcel at a location that is only open for a few hours. The person gave me the wrong time and I am currently standing out in the cold with my daughter. If I don't get it now I won't have an opportunity to pick it up or have it dropped off again before they send it back to the sender... worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Go with FedEx!!°
