Sizing was off with the sweatshirts I ordered. My son takes medium and I bought him 2 sweatshirts and had to send back. I had to pay shipping to receive them and also to return them. Not worth it at the end. My son received sweatshirts for Christmas all medium and they fit. When a clothing item is on the skimpy side with sizing , it is a poor quality issue as well. Cheap clothes are made smaller to save money. No offer for replacement for a larger size was offered. Never again. Not worth it. Shipping was expensive.

Great customer service as the girl on the phone follows up on orders that might take extra time or extra cost for shipping.Shirts and products are great for iron on.Shipping is relatively quick for my two orders. First time was about 5 days after I ordered and 2nd time about 2 days.Product wise varies. I got a L Adrill shirt same size as a Guildan’s M. And a XL M&O shirt that’s double the size of a Guildan XL. So products need some trial and error.Also would have been nice if we know which products are from which warehouse and timing and shipping costs change upon that.Overall it’s great experience.

This is my first ever Google review because I am beyond impressed!! I was super hesitant, as with so many fraudulent sites out there, I usually stick to what I know. Because this site had a BBB rating, a real physical address, and so on I decided to take a leap. I am so glad I did. Shipping was crazy fast for an order of 100 items ( 2 days). I received real time emails with shipment status directly from their customer services, and because they didn't send a tacky email asking for a 5 star rating I just had to give them one!!! Will definitely be using them often.

Best pricing around for smaller quantities, great selection of well known brands. Very quick service and shipping, and when I got an order of 20 or so hoodies that shrunk after I'd had them printed, they gave me all my money back, and let me keep the hoodies. I was so impressed I used the money to reorder more. Would highly recommend these guys. They easily met, and even exceeded my high expectations for service and integrity.

first time ordering from them. overall great experience. easy locating what i wanted and easy order. Customer support was quick to reply and help, when I contacted for first nations status tax exemption and that was no Hassel so easy (some companies this is a pain). Shipping was ok as I only did the basic haha. Overall a happy customer!! The shirts where amazing and no issues. highly recommend them for supporting local business. Very impressed with this company. During. This pandemic I thought my order could take a week or two to ship with no expectations. My order was shipped hours later and arrived 3 days before expected delivery day also thanks to Purolator’s fast service! Very impressed with products, packaging, prices and service. Ordered a couple of times and have had no issues with the product but the shipping is horrible if you live rural. Every time I have to spend hours on the phone to find the parcel (at no fault of Purolator)but because when I call to order I stress PLEASE HAVE CALL FOR PICKUP on the package to no avail, the person at T-shirts doesn’t seem to hear that. No other company I have ordered from have I had that issue with. I will definitely be ordering elsewhere as I can’t have my customers waiting like that.

Quality of t shirts that I received were bad. Request return authorization and refund from this seller. they issued return authorization, I returned all items to them by registered parcel and I paid for the shipping costs, they received all items on April 14th, but up to present, no refund is issued yet. It is a kind cheating. Received all items back but no refund at all?Final solution: T-shirt.ca refund to us in a speedy manner, actually PayPal is the one who rejected and delayed the refund payment and caused me to misunderstand this case.
