I went to Peru with Karli, the founder of LiveFree Yoga, in May of 2017 and what a life changing experience. Every little detail was meticulously planned to make the experience an incredible and unforgettable one. She was there for me and the group every step of the way. The different meditations, activities, adventures and ceremonies were out of this world. I have grown exponentially in knowledge, in self love and acceptance after spending 2 weeks with Karli on her Journey H(om)e retreat in Peru. I cannot thank her enough for introducing me to a new peace of mind, and guiding me through this journey of self.

Their customer service is exceptional. I emailed to inquire about a class and alternatives to it, and they got back to me quickly and with a number of options. They were professional, yet warm, and had that lovely 'vibe' you want to feel when engaging with individuals in such a field. I will definitely be signing up and am looking forward to more interactions at Medicine Nest in the future.

I highly recommend the Medicine Nest if you're looking for unique, spirit-focused classes and experiences. It's quickly become a second home to me and I'm grateful for every class I get to have in the beautiful, calm space! I didn't expect to feel such a sense of connection with the other members and teachers as I do. Very happy I tried it out! Thanks Karli :)

I absolutely love this place. The space is beautiful and a wonderful, safe space to practice and become more spiritually aware. The people who are involved in the Medicine Nest make it such an amazing place to be. My Saturday mornings with Bhumika are the highlight of the week!!❤

My favorite event here is the Soul Steeping. I come feeling so loved and welcomed, and there is such a safe space created to open up. Kali is incredible at holding space and I'm always excited to go back!

Kali's morning Elemental Yoga and Tea class is such a wonderful way to start the day! I arrive sleepy and through a series of gentle breath and body exercises slowly awaken and leave refreshed and ready to take on whatever is going on, from a really grounded place.
