The package was supposed to be delivered to my home. No one delivered it but instead a door sticker was left for pick up. No one attempted to deliver it. Its a waste of time to go out and pick it up when in fact they can just let me know they delivered it.

I had to put that 1 star in order to let people know how bad this place is.The brown girl at reception so rude, doesn't know how to talk to customers whatsover. Just avoid this place if u wanna enjoy the rest of your day; thank me later.

Missed a delivery and selected this place to be a drop off for a package. Showed up the next day with my tracking information and was told it's not here. I asked if she was sure and she assured me it wasn't and was at a FedEx facility 30 minutes away.After arriving at the FedEx facility, I was assured me it was Infact, at the drop off location I had requested.Came by the next day and it was at the drop off location.After my wife had learned about this she told me she's had similar issues at this place. Lost packages, one time they tried to charge her a fee.I let the manager know the issues we've had and I was told to use Staples.

I had nothing but good experience with the owners before. It seems that the shop changed owners some months ago. What used to cost me $50 for years, now suddenly would cost me over $120. I don't think so! They didn't even honor quotes made over the phone. Stay away, and save yourself some money and headache.

This was a most pleasant experience. We entered the store with a shipping job that we were dreading. The checklist on specifications for packaging was daunting. The guys gave great options to meet them and we left knowing the job was behind us. Super helpful and very friendly. Kudos to them!

They charged me over 100 to ship overnight Langley to comox. The package was in Kelowna 3 days later. The number is a nightmare to get through. I went down in person. No accountability whatsoever for losing this and no one knows where it is. They blame the drivers. Stay away from them they are unorganized and rude.

I called the sender of my package who stated that this company hqas tried 5 times to deliver my package which is not true. I did verify my address to be correct before calling twice more .... all information was correct and I have been home 24/7 since I made the order/purchase, I can not pick up package from this warehouse due to diabikity I live with and no vehicle and package is too heavy for me to carry on the bus.Now I am told if I am unable to pickup the package in one more business day it will be returned to the sender... THE PKG. on initial ordering WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME.
