When it came to our wedding desserts, Cake Box did NOT disappoint! The most difficult part of our cake tasting was that we wanted every flavour they provided! Cake Box created our wedding cake, cupcakes for our 75 guests, and our football cookie wedding favours to go with our reception theme. I'm secretly happy we had some leftovers to enjoy the next day, because everything looked and tasted amazing. Huge thank you to Jessica and the entire Cake Box team!

My mom surprised me with a small cake from The Cake Box for my baby shower this past weekend. The cake was simple and elegantly decorated, exactly my style. The cake flavor was lemon and it was delicious! Very moist, with fresh lemon flavor and not overly sweet. It was clearly made with real lemons and not artificially flavored. The Cake Box will be my go-to for any special occasions on the future!

I have been ordering my cakes through Cake Box for a while now. I have always received a great customer service. They are very responsive and their custom designs are great! They are very professional and their cakes tastes really good. The only thing is their prices, they are somewhat higher than other Cake shops. But I will still go to Cake Box for my custom cakes due to their Excellent design skills professional/timely service

Jessica and The Cake Box never disappoint! I've ordered everything from cookies, cupcakes and cakes for all of my special occasions and not only do they look incredible, they also taste incredible. Life is short, eat the cake (box)!!

We had such a great experience with The Cake Box! Our wedding cake was exactly what we had envisioned! The cake tasted absolutely delicious and moist (chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream filling). Yvonne and Robert were great with communication and just so wonderful during covid and many date changes. Thank you again to you both and your team for such a beautiful job!

Jessica and The Cake Box team were wonderful to work with for ordering our wedding cake. They were always great to communicate with and did a beautiful job in decorating our vintage style cake. Each tier was a different flavour (they were all so delicious, we couldn't pick just one!), and the whole cake was eaten by our guests. We received many compliments on it!

5 stars! It was my first time ordering a custom cake and it was a great experience! They were very responsive, accommodating, and helpful! I sent them a picture of a cake I found online that I wanted the cake to look similar to and they exceeded my expectations! The flowers were beautifully made and their attention to details was amazing! The custom cake was for a 60th Birthday party and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! The cake was beautiful and also delicious! I highly recommended The Cake Box!

The cake looks pretty but it taste terrible.. all we could taste is literally “SUGAR”… such a disappointment to spent so much money and throwing it in garbage ... sorry but it’s very poor quality, will never come back!

Yvonne, Robert and the team did an AMAZING job with the wedding cake and dessert table for my friend's wedding! We had a last minute order upgrade due to capacity changes and they still did a BEAUTIFUL job with the cake! We received so many positive comments on the look and taste. In addition, the dessert table we got for the cupcakes, brownies, cakepops and cookies were also praised and we had no leftovers! Prompt, kind and reliable individuals and always following up! A little pricey, but you are definitely getting your money's worth with their wonderful array of quality desserts and amazing service!

I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed with the wedding cake I ordered from The Cake Box. The fondant developed bubbles (I was advised to just pop them with a pin) and was too thick, the cake was so dry it couldn’t be cut and served properly (crumbled) and it was sickeningly sweet. I received a refund for the cake ($290) but not for the delivery fee of $150!!! It was a disaster and caused a lot of stress! A full refund would have been the appropriate thing to do. What a shame.
