Ordered two wraps and two coffees. I’m not exaggerating when I say we waited over 15 minutes for our food. Empty restaurant except for coffee patrons. Speed it up people.

If you want to be yelled at for them messing up your order and asking for them to fix it or a refund, then this is the place for you. Very unprofessional manager who yelled at me for dumping a coffee outside on the ground that they made wrong. When I returned and asked for a refund for the second coffee that they made wrong, he proceeded to yell at me again that I am the rude person for asking for a remake and dumping out a coffee that I can not drink. Very poor service! Waited in line while employees stood around for 5 min talking just to find out they don’t serve breakfast after 4pm! Well guess what some people work nights! And when you are having dinner we are having breakfast

Omg worst Tim Hortons in Canada ever never experience this in my life I am 20 year old I’ve been living in Garson my whole entire life the Garson one was my favourite one everyone was so polite but since I turned 18 now everything is going down staff are so disrespectful and they don’t care at all for costumers they talk with them selfs and hangout in the back you could be waiting there for 1 hour at the speaker for someone to finally ask you what do you want even if you say hi 100 times and when they even bother talking to you it’s the end of the word they sound annoyed and like very mad and rude if your are in a rush or not patient at all don’t come hereOne day i did an experiment I pulled up at the drive thru and said hi 5 times and waited how long they would even notice and 2 hours later they finally said hi other cars were turning around and leavingAnd they can even say hi what would you like to order and I tell them and say let me check real quick 40 min later they finally told me they don’t have it

Worst manger and staff ever just mouthy they mess you're order and yell at you and blame you for the screw ups management will blame you and kick you out n won't refund you worst Tim's ever would rather go Downtown then deal with them in Garson. Managers need to learn some manners specially with little kids around. Shamfull & sad.

This has to be one of the worst Tim's in Ontario. I come to Sudbury ever week since my daughter in in the cancer clinic in Sudbury. I come here to get coffee and eats since it's closet to her house. They screw my order all the time. And once again this morning. Trail them better.

Went through the drive through order 2 triple Triple coffee's and box of 20 assorted tim bits,plus extra SUGARand cream.You look you can see assorted tim bites means No raspberry or strawberry filled.Then as you can tell there was NO SUGAR only (Splenda.)The cashier was polite and speedy.
