Being selfemployed and also this was our first time buying a house we had many questions for Neil Wilson. He patiently handled each question and was very informative. Elaine and Neil went above and beyond what was necessary to help us find the lender that would work with us. Elaine Peligren is amazing,I truly don't think you could find a better mortgage broker. I inherited our family home that I shared with my elderly mother after she past from cancer, and was completely lost. Never own a home before,nor did I have any idea where to even start when it came to a mortage,then a close friend recommended I talk to Elaine. Probate turned into a very long drawn out process (2.5 yrs)and through it all Elaine worked tirelessly to find me the best option for a mortage. Not only did she get me exactly what fit my budjet but she also showed me compassion,understanding,kindness and caring through the whole process. Elaine and her team are skilled,knowledgeable, and completely amazing and basically the best.

In 2014 I had accumulated stock that had grown. Somebody asked me a question . Why not buy a house with that money ?I said I never really thought about it! She started looking into things and doing all this work. She really went above what a broker would do. This lady is good! I had my first home within a month. Imagine that.My story does not end because Of the suburb work she done.I got very ill after two years in the house and needed a double lung transplant. Yes hard to believe but so true. She came and saw me in Vancouver and brought me gifts . This is just the type of lady she is. You not only get excellent service but you make a friend !I told Elaine I am not doing well financially and she went to bat for me again.She had all my bills paid and a fresh start . I lost nothing ; and still to this day after everything I been through am financially ok.If you honestly want someone who is willing to give it all for you talk to Elaine Peligren .
