Port Coquitlam, Lougheed Highway is the best location in my humble opinion! They’re always very attentive and efficient… someone is always there the moment they hear the door ring. Damien specifically always remembers my name, what pods I buy and my number for points. Top notch customer service!

I went there to buy a new kit. I gave them my account and asked him to check what I used to use and suggest me something similar to that. He gave me a kit completely different from what I wanted. I came back and asked him to return it he said I can't do that. When I asked him why you gave me this he said I didn't put the gun on your head to buy!!!!! At the end of the day, I bought a second kit for no reason and I lost 40$. I am pretty sure they don't care about customers. Obviously, there isn't any customer service on Vape Street. Shame on you guys.

I bought this vape but it doesn't work

Super friendly staff that are extremely knowledgable. Good people, good prices. This is the best location i've visited and will continue to come to this location. Theres other locations closer to me but the staff here i find are the most knowledgable and provide the best customer service

Terrible service at this location. Purchased a pack of allo pods one pod was leaking and the liquid in it was dark. Went back with the pod still in the package to have it exchanged. I was told that there was nothing they could do since the package was opened (how would I know it was faulty without opening it). Went to a different location and they exchanged it without question.

Twice I shopped there and both times I’ve been very disappointed! First time was about a year ago when I just started vaping, I walked into the store, asked for advice and the guy recommended the worse vape and the cartridge that was available in the store ( I know now after 1 year of vaping ) walked out of the store and tried it in my car but the cartridge didn’t work, tried another one it worked so I tried all of them, 2 out of 6 didn’t worked, walked back to the store and ask for a refund or a replacement they said they can’t return it due to the store policy.Second time a couple of weeks ago I went to the store to get a vape juice and since I’m new in the refill vaping, again asked for advice and again walked out with the worse juice! This juice is irritating my lungs and immediately makes me cough. Called them to see if I can return it since it was their own recommendation and they said no again. Please if the owener is reading this now change the policy of your store at least on things that don’t work or your staff recommended people, you’ll have a much greater return in the long run.I probably spent $60 that day and the juice was $20 which I honestly don’t care for but I won’t shop there again.
