I was recommended TSC Law for some real estate and corporate work. One of the best decisions I could have made; the team is professional, hardworking, and dedicated to serving their clients. I dealt with Gagan for the most part and was very impressed with her communication and professionalism towards me. Highly recommended firm.

Folks stay away from this firm unless you don’t mind being robbed.They were representing BMO for my commercial deal…just 4-5 hours before closing time they sent about $8000 bill for already owning property refinancing deal for amount of just over $450k and about $15000 for 2nd commercial loan of amount $1.1M.Asked numerous times to explain charges in detail and it’s been 1.5 months but no details.So if you bank mentions their name just Say NO. Otherwise you will be victim of situation…

We used TSC Law for a commercial building purchase to act on behalf of the Scotiabank and we were quoted $2000 - $2500 to close this transaction. The total bill came in at $5390 with no explanation or clarification for the increased cost. This was a huge cost that we were not expecting and it was very frustrating to say the least. I do not recommend using this Law firm and will certainly never consider using them again in the future.

I would like to recommend TSC as corporate and commercial real estate lawyers. I have worked on multiple transactions with them and they are very responsive to client needs. They are conscientious and detail oriented. They follow up on all requests made of them and are a pleasure to work with. They are highly knowledgeable in the area of real estate law and have very reasonably legal fees. I will continue to recommend and use your firm for all of my real estate needs.

I have mixed reviews on the quality of service here. My husband and I have done 4 transactions with TSC Law in the past one year. You would think there would be some level of customer service or appreciation for return clients. Our first transaction (handled by Pria) went well. That is the only reason we returned back here. Unfortunately, our subsequent transactions have not gone as smoothly. For one, there was an error made in the registration documents. I have received no answer or clarification despite multiple follow ups. It has taken months to even get our closing packages (again despite multiple follow ups). Disappointing experience overall.

Being knowledgeable and professional in their field, as well as courteous and diligent in regards to all their client needs, this complicated matter was dealt with promptly and smoothly. This is a professional law office that helped me with my real estate closings. I purchased a condo and sold my house through TSC. The lawyers and clerks are very knowledgeable and professional. During my home sale, the purchaser defaulted on the deal and the lawyers at TSC were able to negotiate with the other law firm and get me a hefty settlement. I highly recommend taking your real estate and commercial closings to TSC law.

Pria was super professional and helped us close a last minute deal! She worked very hard and kept us looped in step by step. Couldn't have done it without her! We would highly recommend Pria and TSC Law for your real estate needs.

I wish I had read Rajinder Singh's 1-star review earlier. If your lender hires this firm, you should either look for another lender or ask them to change their lawyer to another firm.I got 2 loans from BMO, one for property and another one for business at the same property. BMO hired this firm to be their lawyer. At the time of occupancy closing where I only received the loan to set up my business, they charged me in advance for both the business loan (fee of $4,000+) and the property loan (another fee of $4,000) saying that at the time of final closing the lawyer fee for the property loan will not be charged again. And guess what - they charged the fees again at final closing! What's more, they increased it to $6,000 the second time around when all they did was review the file that they already reviewed. So their lawyer fee for the mortgage was over $14,000! Absolutely insane.I would give zero star if I could. Don't fall victim to their highway robbery like I did. I plan on filing a formal complaint to the Law Society of Ontario, as well as contacting the Assessment Office of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. If you are reading this after getting swindled by them, I recommend you do the same. It's greedy lawyers like these that give a bad name to all the other lawyers. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
