I called Bruce Mechanical after paying $800 to a competitor who didn't fix my furnace. Taylor did a service call on his way home, identified the problem quickly, got the part covered under manufacturers warranty. His colleague was supper patient with my questions, explained everything and replaced the secondary heat exchange for about the same price as I spent on the first guy for nothing.I have found my HVAC company.

Hired Bruce Mechanical to install a furnace, airconditioner, and ductwork (previously baseboard electric) in my century old home, they were extremely professional, on time, on budget (no hidden fees) and extremely friendly, will gladly hire them for future services.

My A/C failed right at the beginning of this hot spell. My go-to for furnace, A/C, water heater etc. has always been Bruce Mechanical both for business and personal. I was worried that after 22 years the Carrier unit would be heading for the scrap heap and my bank account would take a large hit. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, the BML technician, Taylor, had diagnosed the problem to be a failed fan capacitor. The inexpensive part was in his mobile stock and the problem was quickly resolved.BML has always been, and continues to be, an honest, professional organization in a segment riff with poorly-trained, predatory contractors and outright scammers.
