I wish I could have had the positive experience that some seem to have reported. I went to a NEUROLOGIST because they specialize in Nerves ... my appointment was supposed to be for 90 minutes, I was in and out in 20. I felt more like an inconvenience then I did a patient, and was told this was not a nerve issue. Just got back from seeing another doctor, he is referring me for surgery right away as my ulnar nerve is quite damaged ... so my trust in this place is NOT high. Perhaps taking the time with me would have given a more accurate diagnosis??!!

I see Dr. Shin, she is a great physician and really takes the time to listen to my issues. She has been super kind and helpful after a difficult diagnosis, the resolution of it and follow up. Whenever I see her, I can see that she takes the time to look at my file to figure out what's going on, my history, etc. She is the best <3I book my appointments online, which is super convenient. I have never had to wait longer than 20 min for my appointments, which I think it's super reasonable.There is always street parking available right outside.

I see Dr. Shin and she is amazing, she genuienly commuinicates with you asking very good background questions in a sort of professional-casual manner to create a feeling of security and welcoming atomosphere. I came in for a simple med refill at 11:10 and was called in at 11:15-11:20 when my appointment was booked for 11:50 I'm not sure if someone missed their appointment or something specific but this was amazing. The front desk staff are very quick to help you and they come off as kind. I also absolutely LOVE the no shoe policy, this creates a clean and comfortable space, in my expereience, walking around in socks gives me the sense that I am at home on clean hardwood floors which adds to how easy it is to open up to the doctor.

This morning I saw DR. Jack Wang at the clinic. He was fantastic. He is very to the point and no nonsense which I really appreciated. Thank you Dr. Wang for being so kind and efficient. I am confident in your diagnosis and only wish you could be the surgeon to fix me up! I would also love to point out that your receptionist is lovely. She could not of been more welcoming.I highly recommend Dr. Wang and the EMG clinic.

I was referred to EMG Clinic by a neurologist for my Nerve Conduction Test. I am very grateful to receptionists, who phoned me several times being very professional ( I was on a cancellation list) and I got my test done earlier.The clinic is very clean . All staff members were great, answered all my questions and gave me all explanations that I needed. Dr. Wang is very professional and he is a great specialist. After my test and neurological exam the doctor gave me detailed explanations what he found and talked about treatment changes . Over all , my experience was very positive and I am very grateful!

Dr.AMBER SHIN was the worst doctor in my experience in my whole life. A friend of mine recommended her and visited her. But she didn't even do the necessary exams and gave me a prescription, saying it was a common symptom. But after a few days, I called her and told her that my symptoms were getting worse and I couldn't sleep at night, but she said I am busy and just hung up...wow......I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful doctor to patients in my life. If you have read this review, I hope you find a better doctor who can give you a more professional and accurate examination.

I was hesitate to go there for my appointment based upon some of the reviews. I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. Dr. Jack Wang was AMAZING! He is a Brilliant Doctor and yes his bed side manner was a little different than others Physicians might be, but he was polite, precise and very respectful. He gave me more information than I have been able to get in years. His testing was by far superior to any nerve testing I have had in the past. I would not hesitate to send a family member or a friend to this clinic. You are not going to fancy hotel or restaurant, you are trying to solve a medical issue. He is very intelligent and knows his stuff, super thorough, much more than I expected to receive from this visit. He gave a very clear and detailed explanation of what I have been dealing with for years. Thank You Dr. Wang you are a Great Doctor!

A very painful experience. The woman who began placing the areas where the electric shock would go - did not explain properly what she was doing. She did not even offer to explain the procedure. Also there was a marked problem in her use of English. This may be the reason for limited conversation or answers to my questions. Also when I asked where she got her training from she said … from a doctor - no school or technical college etc.The room was completely grey. Not a picture or relaxing environment for a painful procedure.Little to no interest in trying to communicate with me.The Doctor was similar in manner. No explanations or telling me what would happen next. Very very painful use of acupuncture needles where he used electric shocks to test my nerves. I have bruises and some of the areas are still painful. Was a very bad experience all around.A little human compassion, communication and preparedness regarding this procedure would have been very helpful.

My wife just had her experience with Dr. Wang. Wish we would have read this month's ago while we waited for the appointment. She couldn't get an explanation in, a question - he made his opinion whether she liked or agreed with it and would write her GP. Closed the door behind him. Waste of her previous time and energy.

My experience with this clinic was a very positive one. A few days before my appointment I received a phone call to confirm the date and time of the appointment, as well as instructions to follow prior to my visit (these were also sent out in an email when my appointment was initially scheduled). Upon arrival I did not have to wait at all and was taken into an exam room right away. The staff member performing the testing was polite and friendly and the whole process was smooth. After testing was done I did have to wait for the doctor to discuss my results. However the wait time wasn’t anything unusual for a medical clinic. Dr. Wang discussed my results with me. He was professional and explained everything clearly, asked if I had any questions. My experience was definitely not like what others have written about in these reviews and was overall a good one.
