I worked with Swag Events for my wedding, they were truly the best team to work with. They made my vision come true and took all the pressure off of me with planning and the day of. They ensured our day was executed perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them for your wedding and event planning. I have also worked with them for events for a local charity and same experience there. They are attentive, they listen, they collab well, they hear your vision and bring it to life, all in all best team to work with.

We had a great experience with Swag Events. We got married during the pandemic and with the constantly changing rules, they were quickly able to help and adjust our plans. Swag Events always promptly returned e-mails, which is not always the case with wedding vendors. They were able to get all the decor I requested and the reception venue looked amazing!

I worked with Swag to decorate the large ballroom at the Victoria Inn in Thunder Bay for a fundraising campaign kickoff breakfast. They provided excellent service from the initial meeting to discuss concepts, through to the day-of setup and takedown. Everything looked fantastic and the crew were professional throughout. I would highly recommend this business.

The Swag Events teamed KICKED A$$ helping us with our wedding plans during the height of Covid. An anxiety riddled bride/groom, venue changes, guest changes, wedding party changes, food changes, ALL THE CHANGES, and they handled it like a dream. They created a beautifully intimate outdoor wedding and we were blessed to have them be a part of our “little” big day. Thankful for everything.

Swag made our wedding dreams come true August 2022. I don’t know what we would have done without them!! We rented Chiavari chairs, linens and décor items from them, they set up the ceremony and reception spaces for us and took it all down when it was over. It was an incredible amount of work but they somehow made it look easy. The whole Swag team worked incredibly hard to make our wedding insanely beautiful.I worked with Laura throughout the planning process to figure out the details as far as décor and the look we were envisioning. I sent her some inspo photos and all of my ideas but was open to suggestions and totally trusted the team’s expertise. They worked seamlessly with our florist and together they made magic. I will never forget that feeling when I first walked into the reception room for my sneak peek. It took my breath away and my eyes fill with tears. It was more beautiful than I had ever imagined. It was a garden-loving couple’s dream come true. Every detail was carefully thought out and perfectly placed. All of their rentals are gorgeous, from their linens to their compotes to the dessert table serve ware. I HIGHLY recommend contacting the Swag team for help with any event you are planning. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day special for us. And it suited us perfectly. We are forever grateful they were a part of it. It wouldn’t have been as amazing without them!
