We rented e-bikes for a few hours, and had a blast! The bikes are great. Jeanine was also great. She toured us around and some showed us some sights, to ensure we were comfortable before we did some independent biking. Can cover large distances, and awesome on trails/roads. If it was not during the heat dome we would have rented another day. Highly recommend!!!

What a great day renting electric bikes and riding from Parksville to Coombs. Jeannie was lovely and helped a get to the trail and sent us on our way. Great bikes and helmets. Would highly recommend. Then on to Mount Arrowsmith Brewing Company for a cold one. A great way to end a stellar adventure!

My husband and I and our friends had a great time trying out e-bikes for the first time. Jeanine was accommodating and helpful to my husband who actually can hardly ride a bike! He was very scared at the beginning but we we kept a slower pace and he became a little more comfortable with it by the end. For the rest of us, we loved how easy it was to adjust the power and you can just glide up hills with ease. Jeanine is very nice and I highly recommend her tours.

We had a great time! Took the family on the Nanoose tour for my daughter’s birthday. Jeanine is a wonderful guide and has thoughtfully planned the route - scenic trails, a gorgeous beach and stops at local farms, then we ended the tour at a brewery to enjoy a pizza and a pint! The e-bikes are new and a breeze to ride (this was my first time on an e-bike) I loved that I was able to keep up with the youngsters! I felt like a kid again. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! A delightful way to spend the day! Family friendly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I reached via the website and had a response very quickly. Jeanine set us up with one days notice! We really enjoyed the ebikes and Mark, our guide, was excellent. He allowed us to tailor our afternoon. The bikes were in great shape and a blast to ride. We would highly recommend!

What a great bike tour! We did the “get to know Qualicum Beach” tour with Jeannine on a leisurely Sunday afternoon. We pedalled through different terrain… streets, bike trails, forest trails, and saw so many local sights. Jeannine shares great recommendations for “foodie” related local options, and she is a wealth of knowledge about local culture and environment. We extended our tour for an extra hour because it was so much fun! Thanks Jeannine, can’t wait to join you on your Hornby Island tour next time! Highly recommended.

Jeanine was amazing we had so much fun on the brew cruise! She knew all the cool spots to stop and it was a great way to explore parksville and qualicum beach! Would definitely recommend if you want to have a fun afternoon of biking and drinking :)

Highly recommend the Island tour of Denman & Hornby. Having never ridden an E-bike, Jeanine gave us a quick course on how to ride prior to boarding the ferry. She's a great host and knows all the cool spots to visit on Denman & Hornby. Recommend wearing padded bike shorts and gloves if you have them as you are riding about 70km over 6-7 hours. Lots of pit stops to get refreshments and take a short break from the saddle.

We went on the Denman & Hornby island tour with Jeanine as our guide. We enjoyed in immensely. Jeanine was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Taking the bikes over on the ferry is an awesome way to see these islands, without the hassle of taking your car over during busy season. The bikes were high quality and in good shape.
