Ordered a farmers wrap. Realized is was not made correctly. When I informed the employee she tried telling me it was a hash brown on the wrap when in fact it was just egg. Not big deal but please try not to argue with the customer. Especially after making them have to return to the place to get what they paid for.

This place should be closed down IMOWhen i went for a coffee the server appeared to be brushing dirt out of the cup with her dirty hands. Also when i was in last summer i saw a tray of breakfast sandwiches sitting on the counter covered in flies. You only know they were not thrown out but served to unsuspecting customers. I will never step foot in a Tim Hortons again as this is the second store i saw that the employees seemed to have a need to put their dirty hands in the cups

Service in the drive through was a bit slow, assuming due to understaffing, as they had a huge help wanted sign at the road. My coffee was a bit bitter...ordered DD so maybe they messed up the sugar.Garbage can at the drive through was an over flowing mess covered with bees. Again, perhaps due to being short staffed.

I'm glad I don't live in this town. Nothing against the area, but this is the only Tim's, and several of the staff members are rude and act like making your order was an insult to them on a personal level.One gentleman that works there is super nice and does not deserve the ignorant attitudes of some of the regulars" (was told they were regulars from another employee).On our last trip there

Waited so long in the drive through. Food and coffee were great and the lady at the window was super nice and apologized for how long I had waited.

Definitely the worst tim hortons i have ever been to. Couldnt even buy anything as staff literally didnt have anything made. 3:45pm on a saturday

Every single time I go through the drive thru they're always out of bagels, cream cheese, donuts and anything remotely edible. I find it insane that they never seem to have anything to actually order there. In the very rare occasion that they actually have food for you to eat, they'll get your order wrong. Giant waste of time, would be better to just drive to Chatham and get something there instead.

Tim Hortons always seem to be ridiculously understaffed. Their drinks are good as usual but the wait was too long. Earlier we had left another Tim Hortons because everyone in line was saying it was taking forever...again...understaffed. I understand it is a busy time of year. Management should plan accordingly. Most of the staff were doing the best they could under difficult conditions.
