The cashier that was helping me today has too much attitude.

Staff feel threatening, in order to have you purchase an item that you don’t even want.

Worst experience at this store, I would not recommend. Bought a pair of jeans with no knowledge that they were on sale, as they had a regular-price tag on them. No one at the cash mentioned them being on sale at the time of purchase.Two weeks later, tried to EXCHANGE them as they did not fit and was told that sale items are 'final sale'. The jeans were apparently 58$, reduced from 78$ (25% off) and the store policy states the following:'Purchases made with a combined discount of 15%-30% are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase/order received.'The manager, who initially confirmed they were 25% off, later went on to say that with taxes they were 30% off and therefore she would not allow for an exchange. I have never heard of a store including taxes as part of a discount and logically, a customer paying taxes would increase the total amount paid and therefore diminish the discount... To be expected from the level of customer service in this store.Do yourselves a favour and head over to Aritzia next door.
