Thank you so much for tracking down my impossible-to-get Minn Kota and installing it SO fast. I still can't believe they got it ready in time for my trip and how easy they made everything. I purchased a defender side by side nine months ago and found the sales department the best in knowledge, skill and overall professionalism. Since I have been enjoying my purchase immensely and took it in for my first service and some accessories I had ordered in. All of the staff from management to clean up man are the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever encountered and will be making any and all future purchases from them that I can. I just purchased a Can-am Outlander 1000r from Landon at Bay Marine. I pretty much knew what I wanted going in so the decision was easy. Landon gave the the info on the benefits of one atv over another and from there everything was quick and painless. Upon delivery Landon ran me through all the features on my bike, put my plate on and even rode it on to my truck for me (not necessary but nice touch just the same).Ripped 75km on the bike when I got home working towards the break in and I can easily say that the bike is wicked good and the service I’ve received so far is the same. I’ll definitely be back for some accessories. Thanks again for a super smooth purchase.

My Dad spent $16000 on a seadoo and they couldn't even fill the gas tank for him at delivery. I was really disappointed because my memories of buying a new boat there at 19 years ago was a much better experience. I might as well have taken my Dad shopping at any other dealership.
