To start, Installation was beautifully done and fast. The installation tech was nice and professional and pricing is amazing. However, I'm a bit miffed at the scheduling" process which is why I took a star away.We bought our carpet and it had to be ordered. Steve was are sales person, very knowledgeable and was a huge help with our home renovation project. we spent over $14,000 on floor covering from independent flooring and was worth every penny. The owners Wing and Tom are the greatest!!!!! The sales manager Wayne was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job guys!!!!

I purchased carpet from Independent 5 years ago and they also installed it. The carpet started to raise up in the center of my room producing a trip hazard. I called Independent to see what could be done about it. The lady who answered seemed a bit puzzled and put me on hold for a while. She came back stating, 5 years is long time

I recently purchased flooring for my entire home. Janet Wood was great to work with. The quality and selection of the flooring was outstanding. Their service and installation team were very professional. Steve did a great job. My contractor when he saw their work said “he isn’t an installer, he is a craftsman.” I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work.

Terrible experience with their installment team. First, they stunk my house up with Cigarette smoke. 2nd, nicked up my newly painted walls and tried covering up their mistakes with putting the extra roll of carpet in front of it. 3rd the two employees didn’t vacuum the shaving up after installing carpet. Lastly, tracked dirt and mud through out the whole house. Just an awful experience with Independent Flooring. I would highly recommend going else where.

Jason Palmer was great. Greeted us quickly without pouncing as soon as we walked in. Knew all the products-from vinyl flooring to carpet. Wasn't pushy but could answer any question. Very personable and patient, even with many phone calls after the sale when we thought of new questions. Great experience in the store and the installation was perfect. Thanks a bunch!!

Great experience with my new vinyl floor and carpet. My salesperson Steve is so knowledgeable and followed the process the entire time. The installs went smooth and carpet installers were very quick and professional. Excellent follow up!
