When an issue presented itself the first thing in the morning at my office, Sept.21, I called our IT support. It took a while on hold time to get connected however once Matt Phillip was remotely hooked into my system he quickly adjusted my monitors and I could bet back to my day. Very efficient and friendly professional service.

My organization uses F12 and I've found the client service to be exceptional. I heard this company is implementing a new policy to pay all employees (regardless of department) $70,000 minimum annual salary by 2022. I think this is very gutsy and I support ensuring your employees are paid a livable wage. I think this has a lot to do with excellent services I've had from their staff. Funny how a fairly paid worker does a better job!
