It's a pretty standard hotel. Nothing luxury, but very clean rooms and polite staff that show a desire to improve your experience.If you need a hotel within a half an hour drive to Moncton, or 15 minute drive to Amherst, I would recommend this hotel.Prices are reasonable for accommodations.

Rooms were older but clean. Great stay and very clean for a low price. They do have a hospital rate if you are staying due to sackville memorial surgery. I would stay again and recommend for anyone driving through.

Rooms extremely dirty this last stay! The floors were so sticky and filthy, bathroom tub dirty! Not even a coffee pot in rooms! Parking atrocious! The bedding had mascara from previous guest on the pillow case! Simply disgusting. Used to be a regular here for Football NB, we won’t be back and rather drive to Amherst for better

Just an addition to this review. We were traveling from Maine the evening we stayed here. There were zero rooms to be had when we crossed the border at Calais ME. The person on the front desk was very pleasant. There were no rooms BUT 10min after we called, front desk called back to say they had a cancelation. The room upon arrival was excellent and we had a very nice breakfast. This was 2 years ago but I still remember this as a very positive experience.

My husband and I arrived late on our way to Cape Breton March 31st. The man at the desk was lovely and so welcoming. The room was nice and clean and we were very satisfied with our stay. We will be returning on our travels. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available all the time. Breakfast was a nice selection of bagels, cereal, toast, fruit and muffins as well as juice and it was included in the price.I must say again the man working the desk was amazing. His attitude and welcoming demeanor were well received and appreciated.

We got the last room Saturday night , it was a little rough trying to get asleep due to all the noise coming from a bunch of hunters I believe, but management finally got them calmed down for the night. The room was comfortable, great breakfast and coffee, couldn’t ask for anything more, well maybe a bit longer sleep.

Stayed 1 night at the Coastal Inn Sackville. Got early check in with 2 small chihuahuas. Very pleasant and friendly check in and easy check out. Quiet room and great location (walking disaster from Foodland, McDonald's, Subway, Burger King and Tim Hortons. 5 min ride to downtown. Small friendly town atmosphere. It was very relaxing short vacation

Great place, rooms clean, my bed was a bit worn out on one side, but I slept on the opposite side and end, which worked out... was not going to make a big deal about it in the middle of the night. Quiet place, close to tons of places for food and drink, gas, etc... staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Would go back when in the area for sure....
