Craig and Kyle is the greatest, professional and thoughtful. I am a new pool owner and bought my house with a beautiful pool. But I don't know how to operate those machines. After 1 week no-maintenance, my pool became green. I asked Craig for help to come to treat the pool. Craig and Kyle are so thoughtful, Craig let me know it need take time, if they came for each time, the cost for me would be so high. So Craig guided me to put chemical step by step, also let me start to filter the pool. At the final step, I book them in to vacuum the pool. They also go through all of machines and teach me how to make maintenance, test the water quality and etc. I am so happy for their service, will definitely recommend them to all of my friends, meanwhile, I am thinking to book their regular maintenance. Highly recommend.

Kyle and Craig are both professional and accommodating whenever servicing my pool and equipment. It is especially appreciated as our system is a bit unconventional. Highly recommended.

Craig responded to my email request immediately and said unfortunately we are not in their service area, but he offered helpful advice on an ongoing problem that another tech we hired could not diagnose correctly. But most of all, they are great people who are not just out to make a buck. These guys care about their clients, and it shows.Recently, CK Pools completed my safety-cover install, and did an awesome job. Craig and Kyle recently opened my pool for me. I’m new to pool ownership and they helped walk me through what they were doing and answered all of the questions I had. They were efficient and professional and I found them to be sincere and trustworthy.I asked about a robotic cleaner and they made a recommendation. It was only installed this morning (they came and set it up for me and showed me how it works) and I’m thrilled with it so far. Highly recommend!

Kyle and Craig are amazing, My contractor never finished my pool and left me hang and dry. Once i called them they got my pool going, taught me how to use, clean and keep things going for the summer. Got me all the equipment i needed and set me up for the whole summer. They are very professional and the service is outstanding. They have checked in on me for the past month and making sure i have not needed anything and have dealt with any issues that i have had and or questions that i have had.
