Don't hire khalid Paralegal Service to represent you. A waste of money. I had a speeding ticket. I found his ad at kijiji and met with him in person. He promised that he'll fight for my ticket and will have any demerit points remove. I lost the case because he went to court and pleaded guilty on my behalf and requested the judge to reduced my fine but I was still penalized with 3 demerit points. I could have gone to the justice of the peace and pleaded guilty and ask to reduce my fine which I know I'll get or I could have gone to court myself and represent myself, pleaded guilty and ask the judge to reduce my fine. Same thing, I'll be penalize with 3 demerit points but at least I wouldn't have paid $400 in total. I paid Khalid $250 cash and another $150 for the court fine. When I initially spoke to Khalid on the phone on the day of the trial. He told me the prosecutor told him that the demerit points will only stay with me for 1 year. Later on that day, he told me that since I was charge of speeding last year. My demerit points will expire next year. First he said he had the prosecutor reduced the time for demerit points to only 1 year but it's actually 2 years. 2 years it's stays on your driving record and your insurance is also affected. Even if your demerit points expires after 2 years. What he didn't tell me is the record of speeding will stay on record with you for 10 years. My wife had traffic violation before. She hired a paralegal. Paid them $250 flat. She was told that she doesn't have to go to court because she will be represented and there are no hidden cost. She was assured that they'll win her the case. She won her case, no extra cost. Charges was dropped all for a total of $250.When I met Khalid. He told me that he'll have my demerit points drop. That was the reason I hired him. I was expecting that I will not have to pay extra cost but I did and I also lost $400 and my case.I will not recommend Khalid to represent you in court if you have a traffic violation. He will not fight for your ticket. He will plead guilty on your behalf and you will have to pay fine. My advise to anyone reading this is. Do not hire Khalid to represent you. Find another paralegal to who will fight for you and not plead guilty for you.
