Rosewood Estates Winery

The grounds of the estate were quite beautiful. Plenty of seating outdoors. Fortunat for such a lovely day.The sampling flight was generous, given that the servings are only supposed to offer a taste or two of each of the four products from the House Flight. We ordered an additional sample of another wine for a modest price . No one wine stood out. Mead was interesting. Had never tried one before.The gravlax serving, at I think $18 was a bit precious". Hardly enough for the two of us to say we enjoyed it. Oh well.All of the big estate wineries in Ontario seem to function on the premise that you are privileged to join them in their rarified environment for that short while. But this ain't Sonoma

Beautiful estate to visit and their mead is soooo good! I think I’m ready to give up wine for it. Everyone is super friendly and they even have an events room that would be great to host small gatherings.Their honey is also a great deal, we got a 3kg pail for only $45. Highly recommend coming here for a visit!

Nice spot! Beautiful patio! Good wine. My only disappointment was that the tartar was served with ruffles ships - had I known that I likely would not have ordered. Other than that the elk and seasoning itself was enjoyable.

Amazing variety of wines to choose fromThe staff is friendly and courteous.Heather in particular was outstanding in her customer service.She went above and beyond and made our visit memorable. Will certainly visit them again and thanks to Nikki, she is very knowledgeable and helpeful.

Such a gorgeous, unique spot to visit! My friends and I have had Rosewood on our list for a while, and were not disappointed. We enjoyed a tasting, and Heather was particularly wonderful. Her recommendations were spot-on and I ended up trying the mead because of her (I was NOT disappointed).We will definitely be back and came home with a few bottles.

One of absolute favorite wineries in the NOTL region, not least because they have a meadery, too! The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and we come back every time we do a wine country trip. Always incredible and creative bottles to try.

Amazing wine and a really great experience! We stopped by for a quick drink. I'd say it was a bit busier than the other wineries in the area. Grabbed a couple of bottles and some really awesome honey on the way out. Highly recommend!

We visited Rosewood on a Tuesday to truly appreciate the Winery and Meadery on a less hectic day. We decided to do a tasting despite having their products in some of our favourite watering holes. Definitely a highlight to our day.Anne was quick to acknowledge us and took the time to make us feel at home. Her in-progress sommelier training really shone through and wowed us.It is customer service like hers that makes me feel comfortable and wanting me to continue supporting the Rosewood family.

Rosewood has a great selection of tasters and an amazing good menu. They keep a chef and a fromagerie on staff and the attention to detail absolutely shows. The vineyard itself is very well maintained and a gorgeous place to relax and take it all in

Gorgeous grounds with a stunning interior. Friendly staff quickly seated me on the patio and even did the tasting outdoors. She made some excellent suggestions and even brought an extra small pour of a bottle I was looking to buy as a gift.Excellent visit!
