What an amazing company. From the second Anthony walked through my front door I was nothing but amazed while I was lead every step of the way through such a horrible and daunting situation. My toilets water supply line bust in my upstairs bathroom. I was unfortunately out of town and the water was standing inches deep 3 floors down In my basement. I was lost and didn’t know what I was going to do. I have never been treated so well by strangers like the way St Cloud Water Damage 24/7 treated me. Jeff HIGHLY overcharged us for the work he did. He showed up in TRUMP hat and PJs to the work job. And never sent me the invoice for the work he did. I've been waiting 2 months for it even after repeated attempts from me to txt him he hasn't replied. I would look elsewhere for someone more professional and fair.

I have only great things about St. Cloud Water Damage! Our finished basement (wall to wall carpet) was flooded from very heavy rain. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. I called at 11:00 pm that night. Jeff answered on the first ring and the next morning he was here to give me an estimate. From the first interaction on, I felt that I could trust him. Not only did he let me know what was going to happen in the clean-up but he also took me around the house and showed me what we needed to do so that it wouldn't happen again. The crew he sent to do the work was efficient, kind, worked as a team, and knew what they needed to do. I'm sad to have lost our carpet, baseboards, and some sheetrock for sure but, at the same time, I am deeply grateful for the help and support of St. Cloud Water Damage!
