I have used these people to fix my old electronics (TV, VCR, etc) more than once. They were able to quickly diagnose the problems and replace the faulty components, no nonsense. I am pleased with and impressed by their professional service and high level of competence. I would use them again without reservations.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not call back, even my e-mails left unanswered. They charge up front a deposit for a diagnostic and even after providing an estimate and taking up the job, more than one and a half month later I was told that they were unable to repair the unit, and I lost my deposit of 40$ plus tax. They would charge for a single diode 2.50$ which is approximately 15 cents. A resistor would cost 3$!!! Very bad service for a business and a total rip off. You'd better stay away from them!!!!!!

If I could put zero star, I would... 40$ upfront + 23$ to repair an adaptator for my reverse camera ...When I ask what he did to repair it, he just said that he repaired it...I later find out that there was nothing wrong with the adaptator and that the problem was elsewhere. I usually avoid places with so many negative reviews ; first and last time going there and would not recommend to anyone. Really dishonest...

This shop is dishonest; I discovered by chance that it was not my TV that was the problem (I had brought it in for repairs) but found out it was my Bell Vibe box that was defective. I was given anestimate of $137.97 to repair" the TV"

Successfully repaired two broken HDMI ports on video monitors (Small HD and PixE7) for a respectable price + delay. I paid extra 50$ for express service and the monitors were ready within 3 days. Initial evaluation costs 40$ per item (deducted from final price) and they charge 60$/h for labor. It's hard to find anyone in Montreal who can repair broken HDMI ports. Instead of sending by mail to company and waiting 6 months, NDG Electronics is an excellent alternative. Negative reviews on this site probably come from boneheads who expect everything for free. Thank you very much to Paul and the repair guys, Id been looking for months to repair these!

Sent my Rotel amplifier to be repaired under warranty (it kept showing AMP PROTECTION). It was repaired one week later. Thanks again!

Fixed my leaf blower like new!

This place is very dishonest and they take your money without providing any service. I brought in a mini stereo system that had a glitch and they stalled and stalled so I got fed up after a month or so and they completely destroyed it after taking the upfront fee they charge. Stay away from these crooks!
