I found Handsome & Lace online and had such a pleasant experience dealing with them. I interacted with Keira, who was responsive, courteous, friendly, and professional. We exchanged a few emails where she enthusiastically showed me a few fabric options for some ties, a bow tie, and some pocket squares for myself and my groomsmen. She was quick to get the ties made, gave me frequent updates on her progress, and, most importantly, the final products were INCREDIBLE. All of my groomsmen were thrilled with their ties, and I LOVE my bowtie.While the products may seem pricey at first glance, the quality of the materials, craftsmanship, and knowing that you're supporting a local business make it an easy purchase. Plus, I found trying to purchase and ship ties in bulk from other online options like The Tie Bar actually would've ended up costing more with duties/taxes applied.If I ever find myself looking for custom ties in the future, I won't have to look far. This will be my first and only option. Can't recommend them enough!

Saw a tweet about the face masks and ended buying a bow tie as well.

I was given the runaround for months by Kiera for my wedding tie. It took many attempts to even get a response in the first place. Every time I had requested an update they informed me that there was something else they were unable to provide. I would make a compromise, and wait another month for a response. She finally responded saying I'm a small business and busy." Unprofessionalism at its finest. The customer is always wrong with this business.Edit. I see your comment

I'm leaving this review based on my personal opinions. Since attending Fan Expo for many years and visiting/spending hours at the local artist section, I have grown to love and appreciate the amazing skills individuals have out there in society and locally. They're very talented and produce many interesting merchandises that I've grown to love. Upon discovering this business, and the owner Keira, through a random tweet on Twitter one day and I decided to browse her website. Was so amazed by the products she makes. They're so professional, just like as if you'd buy at a big box store but only BETTER! Had a custom mask made by her, and the customer service provided was top notch. Would definitely recommend her to others and anyone if they're looking for something that suits their everyday wear. Thanks for all you do!

just received my 2 face masks for myself and my mom. we both love them and can tell that they are made with love and were cared for in the making. if you are thinking of getting a mask or any of her products do it.

Keira is absolutely the best. She is patient and helpful and a very positive, customer-focused business owner. Keira really took the time and care to make sure I had exactly the mask I wanted, going above and beyond all expectations.I received my mask the day before RBG passed away and can't think of a better way to honour her. I wear the mask with pride and get lots of compliments--plus it's super soft and comfortable as well. I highly recommend Handsome and Lace masks!
