Beautiful location the park is great and the facility is superb

Lovely venue! Our event went well and we have beautiful pictures from the fountain and dance floor.But the venue management made me give only 3 stars. The building manager is a poor communicator and, after not hearing from him for over a year after we booked the venue, left us nasty voicemails looking for the deposit that we thought we had already paid. Then we hand-delivered a cheque that he refused to cash, demanding that we pay the deposit in cash on the day of our event. When the deposit was finally returned to us, it included a mean-spirited letter about things which were never mentioned on the phone when we called to inquire about the status of our deposit.Upon discussing the letter with my event manager, it appears that everything was worked out satisfactorily between the crew and the building manager, yet he still felt it prudent to send us this nastygram" to spoil the otherwise wonderful occasion.For that reason

The venue is beautiful. Exposed wood. Nice loft area. Great park right next to the hall. Big mature trees. Lovely quiet area of town. Not a big parking lot. And the bar could have been better stocked with kitchen supplies. But in general I ABSOLUTELY would rent again.

Great venue. The place is warm, clean and lot of parking space. I will recommend this place anytime if the year. Unlike Ridgewood which is always cold.

Nice playground soccer fields and wide-open space. new tennis courts looks great. Community centre is a great venue for rental.

Went to a friends wedding here, it is an underrated location, its stunning inside the way the beams are set inside, the view from the small balcony, and the pond make it extremely lovely no matter what event you are choosing to host here. It was the perfect size for 80+ guests at their wedding, a photobooth, DJ and catering. I would recommend it if you're looking for quaint and peaceful with a gorgeous setting. Sorry for blurry images, my phone is broken and not taking photos as well as it could.

Came here for a craft show. Very nice facility, interestingly laid out. Not as practical for some big functions as a more basic hall, but for mid-sized gatherings and little events it's really nice.

We attended a wedding here, all is good except the ramp for disabled ends in a place which is close to the bar and there's a bump because of the ramp. I think they should increase the length of hand rail to the end of the bump so that there is no chance of tripping.

This is actually the nicest looking community facility hall" I've been in. I can see why people hold events here."
