Langford Lanes

There was 4 of us. Looking forward to a game 3 of us hadn't played in 20 years. Really enjoying it. And then on screen it told us that we had 3 minutes left and then none. We had another frame to play. My guess is you had to buy" another 2 hours. No way. This is shameful. And is most deserving of a one star rating. Management needs to change its policy and give people at least the chance to finish their game. Unfair

Booked the VIP spot thinking we'd have lots of space, but was very cramped and loud. We could not hear eachother without screaming. Only one ball fit me and the other girls in our group, yet other bigger people kept taking it. We weren't able to find another one. Drinks not very good. Staff, however, were nice

We held a staff bowling night at Langford Lanes on Friday March 24, 2023. While we didn’t bowl any perfect games our staff had an amazing time and plan to return Langford Lanes! The staff was professional and kind, the lanes were well laid out and nice to use, the food was excellent, and it was great to have a bar inside the building for us to enjoy after bowling. A 5-star experience! We highly recommend Langford Lanes!Guylaine for Continental Roofing.

Perfectly fine bowling alley, actually think it’s super cool, but we were charged for food we didn’t receive. Our lane also stopped working for about 10 minutes (they added time, no biggie) so that kinda sucked but isn’t worthy of a poor review.We ordered nachos with beef, waitress took the order, left, and came back to let me know there wasn’t any beef but I could choose another meat option (all the same price). I didn’t want those options so I said just take the meat off, and we received our nachos with just cheese. The nachos kinda sucked (especially for $23) but that’s beside the point.My bill came and it said “nachos +beef” so I asked her to take the added $5 charge for beef off. She had accidentally put them all on one bill so she had to fix them anyways and came back with individual ones. She assured me that her manager had voided the beef, but it was still listed on my receipt. I assumed maybe that was just the way their computer displayed things, and that the value had been taken off the total. Normally I would check, but we were rushed to pay our bills and leave the alley. When we exited the building, I checked my receipt, did the math, and discovered I had in fact paid for the beef.I can afford the $5, it’s just a matter of principle. The waitress went out of her way to assure me that her manager had taken it off the bill, and that was false. Why go to the effort of saying that? I don’t get it

This is a great local for a drink and appy and the ambience of the outdoor rink, the sound of the bowling and the variety of sports tv and memorabilia make it fun. We also send a shout out to our fave, fabulous server, Faye!

Good fun for bowling. Make sure to use the online reservations, lanes go fast. Really cool they do table service right to the lanes. Great place to get together with a group.

I recently booked a lane for bowling with my friends at Langford Lane on March 20th, 2023 at 2:30. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with one of the employees. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager/owner reached out to me personally to address the situation. She was incredibly polite and humble, and I'm thrilled with the action she took to resolve the issue. Overall, I had a great time at Langford Lane, and I appreciate the effort the manager/owner put in to ensure our experience was a positive one. I will definitely be returning in the future.

A bit expensive, and the front check in staff were a bit rude. But the place was nice and the waitstaff were amazing! There are lots of games to choose from as well which is always nice to mix things up a bit.

Fun place for bowling, but the food wasn’t the greatest and there were a couple problems with the lane. A couple times the guards didn’t go up (each individual can choose guards or not) and one time one of the pins fell down before anyone threw the ball. If this happens don’t request for service it takes way to long and wastes your time. Just click the ‘reset pins’ button on the tablet.

Always a fun time with friends! We got pitchers of beer and paid to play two games rather than by the hour. Took us an hour and a half to get through a couple games. There is VIP section that you can pay extra for and there are couches and table service" with its own bar but we weren't in there and we had table service as well. Friendly staff! The pizza was soooooo good! Highly recommend!"
