We are thrilled with our recent purchase of our new Ford Explorer, the Tri County Ford team were exceptional to deal with and met all our needs. Jacqueline and Eric went beyond our expectations to meet our needs and satisfy our wants.I bought a ford explorer in march 2017 and her color is called blue jeans so I call her Levi. Here's a picture of her. She has everything a big truck could offer and everything a luxury car could offer for my needs. I want to get to the real reason why I took the time to write this post. Someone said to me that I would be doing myself a real injustice if I didn't have a look at tri county ford in Tatamagouche. I feel a strong need to repeat this to anyone shopping for a Ford. Youll be doing yourself a real injustice if you don"t shop in at Tatamagouche when buying a Ford. My reason for this comment is that everyone at this outlet and I mean every last person is extraordinary."

I wholeheartedly echo what Pam and Wilf already said - Tri County Ford is the BEST for service - always friendly and accommodating, and the car is always ready on time. They explain what they did and why, and they tell me about anything that may need attention in the near future. A loaner car is available most times, and the one time my car had to stay there overnight and a loaner was not available, the manager loaned me his own car to get home. I drive a Toyota now and I love it, but my next car will be a Ford based on the convenience and excellent service at Tri County Ford.

Seriously amazing experience. I saw the car I wanted and inquired online, made a deal over the phone the next day, and picked it up the day after that. They had me in and out within an hour and a half. They gave me a great deal on my trade and set me up with the financing I wanted. And they made it fun! Thanks especially to Barb and Jacqueline for being so fabulous. I LOVE my new car!!!

Service at Tri County Ford is outstanding. I have heard many people say postive things about the service here and I have had all good experiences. I bought my Ford Escape here and whenever I need to get something done or have a question the staff are friendly and helpful. They are considerate and have given me a loaner car when mine was in for service and I needed a car for work. They check everything over when I take it in for oil changes and I can have confidence that my vehicle is safe.

To say my dealings with Tri County Ford were good would be an understatement. Our new F150 is just amazing but it was made even more incredible because of the team at Tri County. We had no intention of getting a new Ford and because of some bad experiences at a different Ford location we were actually going to go to a different brand.
