I GOT MY HAIR BUTCHED TO DEATH BY THIS PLACE. WHAT THE HELL???? MY HAIR WAS HEALTHY AND I ASKED FOR A LIGHTER COLOR AND NOT ONLY DID THEY FRY MY HAIR BY REDOING THE BLEACH 4 TIMES IN 2 HOURS BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET IT TO LIGHTEN, THEY LEFT ME WITH BURNT ORANGE AND YELLOW HAIR..... THE TOTAL WAS 210 AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THIS DISASTER!!!!! I WOULD RATE 0 STAR IF I COULD.

I booked an appointment to get my eyebrows threaded here just for a clean up. As I was lying there, I had my eyes closed to get ready and all of a sudden I realized that she was waxing me!! I was too shy to say anything since she had already started. I got up and looked in the mirror and my eyebrows were probably half the thinness that I came in with. As well she waxed so much of the portion in between my eyebrows that they were shortened as well. I just paid for it and went home, but honestly can't stand to look at them and I feel like I have to fill them in now.

Assuming it was the owner driving a red vehicle with this companies logo all over it. Driving 140km+ on 16A which is an 80 zone. I called him out on it and he said he's a cool guy and I should stop talking. Great publicity for this businesa

Linh is the best person I have found in Brooks to get acrylic nails done by. She is intricate, detailed, and the nails are strong. Worth every penny!
