Visited the store last week and had a great experience with the salesperson. We had a quote done up and were prepared to put the deposit that day because we were in a bit of a rush for the order. It has now been a week and we have called, left voicemails, messages with other staff, emailed and no contact from the salesperson. I even filled out a CC form with another staff member and nothing was ordered. I’m surprised from how professional the initial visit was that this is the case.

We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures for our bathroom renovation through The Ensuite Guelph location 2 years ago. The customer service and professionalism here has been incredible over the last 2 years as we've required assistance/service with some of the products. Thank you so much!
