Attending TNT and following the programs has been an awesome experience... The classes perfectly balance the fitness training you need and technical skills to continually build on... Joined the gym knowing nothing about boxing but felt comfortable there right away. Everyone is welcoming, from coaches to other participants. Great place to learn and work out in. Coaches are great with beginners and make it a fun workout. Definitely would recommend!

TNT has been my boxing gym for 7 years, from my first day I loved it. The sport is nothing without my coach and our great family at the gym. What keeps me coming back is that people believed in me when I didn’t. Young or old, it’s never too late or too early to start. Great work outs and great stress relief.

I have been going to TNT on-and-off for close to five years now and I can say nothing but good things about the gym. The culture of the gym is fantastic, with none of the typical concerns that would come with a gym/fitness facility. The coaching is second to none; there is always something you can improve at and the coaches do a great job of drilling in the fundamentals at all times.
