Hello Capilano Kitchen & Bath!I wanted to reach out to let you know that we are over the moon about our experience working with Meghan and Kourtneigh on our recent renovations. As a reno first-timer I had zero idea about what this process was going to be like, how it was all supposed to go and what the major watch outs were going to be. I was in SUCH good hands with Kourtneigh and Meghan that it truly was the most stress free experience ever. The fact that you have a team that offers support for literally every single stage of this process is incredible and something that I truly feel like there is a major opportunity to expand on. Such an added value to have an in house designer to help guide your clients - no one else does this right?! I honestly was so impressed and excited about the whole thing I've been asking my family and friends and I know now that the answer is no, and typically it's up to the home owner to coordinate all of the different pieces which will likely turn into a nightmare haha.The spaces all turned out so beautiful and there is absolutely no way I would have been able to do it with out them.Thank you again for everything!

We hired Capilano after having a bad experience with a different local designer/contractor. Days before the other company demolished our kitchen we got cold feet and reached out to Capilano. Bryce came the next day and we immediately knew we wanted to work with him. He listened and took our concerns seriously. We felt completely comfortable with him upon first meeting which was the total opposite of how we felt about our current contractor. Bryce worked until 1 AM to get us an estimate that night and we hired them the next day.Over the course of the renovation the Capilano team (project managers, crew, and designers) was awesome. Everyone was super friendly, easy to talk to, bring problems to, contact etc. Bryce and his team thought through issues to come up with cost effective solutions and involved us in the process. They also helped to realize our style and select beautiful finishes to complement it.We were living through the reno with a toddler, and had another baby about halfway through. They were very conscious of cleaning up and trying to keep our living space clear of debris and hazards.We were very happy with our experience with Capilano. Doing a renovation with a toddler and a baby on the way would normally be very stressful but Capilano made it as stress free as possible. We trusted them to be honest and do a good job and that's what they did. Our kitchen is well built, designed, and absolutely gorgeous thanks to the team. I would definitely hire them again.

Kudos to the team at Capilano Builders for an outstanding job in completing our extensive townhouse renovation. Bryce, his project managers, designers, office staff and onsite crew were all a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional, knowledgable, reliable, and so very helpful throughout the process.
