Beautiful Park. Near by Port Elgin Beach.Basketball court and kids play station. No BBQs allowed. No shades to stay in hot summer season. Only few parking spots available.

Great kids playground. Recently updated with modern equipment. Track is decent for getting some walking or running in while kids play. Open field in the middle is good space to throw a ball etc.

This is a wonderful park just off the road to the beach. A great play structure for children. There is a basketball court. The open area of the park is a full block in size and there is a paved path all around the perimeter for walking, or inline skating, or for kids on tricycles are learning to ride a bike. There is also a large wooded area with trails.

Basketball nets are double rimmed and the whole court needs to be revamped. One misstep from getting a rebound on this court and your ankles are DONE. The track around the park is still nice though for any morning runs.

We sought out a little place to have our dinner (we were on a road trip), and found Nodwell park.It's a very well kept park with plenty for the kids to do. Basketball, hockey, some climbing equipment. It has a little track on site also. It's great. Maybe a couple more picnic tables would just top it off.There is even a neat little trail that leads to the Port Elgin marina.Do consider having a picnic if you are in the area.Feel free to check all my Google reviews. This is one of the largest and most complete parks in the area with new and up to date play equipment and and a running and biking track.This park also has a historic past of being a First Nations burial ground and has plaques to read about its past.However it is getting to be far away from any public bathroom and that may cause problems for parents with young children or infants.

One of the best parks in town! Brand new equipment that does not disappoint and the park is connected to fantastic walking trials. I visit this trails and walking track there weekly!

I am confused by this site. It has a plaque to explain it is an Indigenous long house site and the sign explains claims the mounds are the only" Iroquois site this far north in Port Elgin

Kids love it here specially since the park was upgraded. Basketball court, kids play area, path to the trail that goes to the beach and Southampton.. Overall a decent place to take the kids.
