Walmart Supercentre

Service is pretty good at this Walmart. I go here often in the early morning to avoid crowds. The shelves are well stocked most of the time. They spray their carts and overall it's clean.

I went to this Wal-Mart location tonight. I paid for my lemon at self- checkout with coin. The girl employee was very slow giving me my change for my lemon. She just stood there and then I had to tell her a second and third time to please hurry and give me my change. She didn't give me much eye contact and didn't say much and wasn't very friendly. A lot of the employees there need to be retrained or fired. When I entered the parking lot there in my car, there was a crazy young black guy standing in the way and he finally moved out of the way. When I entered the store, there were two employees looking for the young guy but he ran off somewhere. The employees said today was the second day in a row that the young guy was there threatening employees. Eventually after awhile, the police came. I don't feel safe in Ottawa anymore. Something needs to be done about the crime in this city. It's getting out of hand!

This Walmart is a joke. I will never step my foot in this ..... again.01. The customer service is awful. 0 respect to the customers.02. Half of the service counters are typically closed. 4 remaining Check out registers closed. 29 + customers waiting for the self- check outs.Forcing customers to self-check out.Let your staff operate the registers when it's busy if you must make them work and you should reduce prices for the customers inconvenience of the self check out. I usually shop elsewhere where this still happens, where people are still employed.

Almost no available staff, entirely self checkout with no available bags, a minimum 10 minute wait to pay for cash, and a complete congestion with no customer regard. Walmart has completely given up any attempt at customer service, this store is filthy, understocked, and the wait times even when not busy are significant.

I usually do my groceries here. And i love shopping at this store but worst thing happened with me last week when i went for my weekly grocery shopping i was using self checkout and while i was scanning my items, i observed that an employee on duty was continuously staring at my items, firstly i ignored her but after sometime i felt so embarrassing, its not like i was stealing something. I will say the employees should learn how to deal with customers.

Multiple of self checkouts are down. Long lines. Keep forcing us to do self check out. Well played Walmart. Ugh.
