Just bought a ‘23 Santa Fe with the help of Ben and the team at Lloyd Hyundai. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Additionally they provided door to door service from work to home because my former vehicle had broken down and my partner was out of town. Really great service. Jeff was a wonderful salesperson to deal with! Was always ready to answer all questions and finding answers for ones he didn't know right away. Bought a vehicle from out of province through lloydminster hyundai. We dealt with a salesperson named Mandy and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Vehicle was delivered to BC with no charge to us as customers. I have had some technical issues trying to figure out how all these new features work and everytime I call her she answers my questions and walks through everything step by step without getting annoyed. Highly recommend. Next Vehicle I buy will be through Mandy. Thank you so much.

Terrible service. I put a deposit down and then never heard from them again. After months of trying to get ahold of my sales person I decided to cancel my deposit and that took multiple calls to different sales people. I would never consider going through this dealership again.Edited to comment on response from the dealership.My comment was not related to speed of delivery, I have emailed numerous times and been ignored by the dealer. Every time I called, I was told that my dealer was busy and not available and that he would call me back. I have never gotten a call back from the dealer.

Just learned there is an injector issue with the Kona Turbo leaking gas into the oil and no fix for this as yet. So an owner left to wreck their engine with no fix and not even a call or letter saying this was an issue with the vehicle. Beyond unexpectable.

Worst service management ever! Had a simple problem last summer that the mechanic didn't find (nuts loose on tire), causing me over $1000 in damages. Mechanic did not do a 360 check of the vehicle. Complaint to service manager Travas only to have him say it was my problem and no fault of theirs. Travas verbally lied to me about what service was done when it was in their shop. I only found out the truth when I requested the paper service order. Still denied it was their fault and put the blame on me.
