Had to come from out of town on a Saturday. These guys went way out of there way to accommodate. They also spent extra time to ensure I had all the travel documents I required. Even tried to talk me into taking more time to ensure the vehcile was in perfect working order ( it had just been traded in). They even somehow managed to change the oil after giving them only 1 days notice on a Friday. Vehicle was perfect, Atilla and the owner were amazing. Would recommend 10/10

Drove 5 1/2 hours over 3 snowstorm summits for a vehicle that wasn’t even there. After telling the owner numerous times I wanted only an awd. I was extremely upset and was shown vehicle that were not even worth my time. My daughter ended up with a vehicle but at double our budget!!! The car was Filthy dirty and I at least got him to give us the cost to clean it. I would never recommend them and am so very dissatisfied with the owner. He wasn’t there when we arrived. Made my daughter and I feel like we had no clue about vehicles. My daughter works for a Lordco and I have worked at a GM dealer my husband was a mechanic. I would never recommend this dealer unfortunately I trusted him and for that I am to blame.

My husband bought a car there and is writing this review, they were very fair to deal with, fixed any issues we noted in the car from our test drive and helped us find the right parts to upgrade things like exhaust an tires and wheels before we took delivery. All in all a great experience with Michael the salesmen and also the owner who also owns a great service shop which was very convenient for getting the work done. More than fair, and fixed things on an older car that he could have refused to as many used car dealers would have. Thanks so much for the great service and being willing to make the car even better!

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota from KV Cars: gotta say I was very impressed with the professionalism and up front honesty of Lazlo. ...everything we talked about was given to me ( including all the paperwork pertaining to my car from the day it was originally purchased). Great service.. pricing. I would definitely recommend (and purchase again if needed)...Lazlo and KV cars.

Michael was very fast and friendly, he kept in touch and held our car for us, great friendly hard working people here great service. Thanks Michael and we over paid but got our money back fast. Good place to buy used cars. Used car, had snow tires! Safety number 1st for caring.

Went there on Saturday looking for a car. I've dealt with Dwayne who was extremely friendly and not pushy at all as most of the sales reps are. He was very honest from the beginning until the end. I strongly recommend that place. Thanks a lot Dwayne for your honesty and friendliness! You're a good man ;)

At first, I was impressed with how helpful the salesman was and how many of the issues I noticed during the test drive he was willing to fix for me before purchasing. The salesman even helped me find an extended warranty for the car that he claimed was “the best he knew of and would cover almost anything that could go wrong with the car” However, after only 2 weeks of owning the car I started to find issue after issue and a year later they still haven’t stopped. This car has been (mechanically) the worst that I’ve owned and my vehicle before this was from the early 90’s and purchased for 1000$. On top of the never ending mechanical problems I’ve had with the car, the warranty that was sold to me has yet to cover a single issue. After a few conversations, Lazlo agreed to fix an issue with my airbags that appeared just a couple weeks after I purchased the vehicle, but other than that every repair that I’ve had to do has been out of pocket. I understand that cars break down, however even a used car lot should have some standards about the quality of vehicle they are selling and if they are going to sell a warranty to people they should consider selling one that will actually be useful to their customers. As a young car purchaser who had never boughten from a dealership before I honestly feel like I’ve been taken advantage of, so I will never be buying another vehicle from this company and I would recommend that other young people or just any else in general, learn from my mistakes and avoid them at all costs.

I bought a Jeep from here 3 years ago. What a nightmare. I paid $5200.00. A friend picked it up at closing time to bring it to PG for me. It was nice and warm sitting inside the shop. Very shortly after leaving, he found there was no heat. It was November!! We were told the sunroof didn’t operate properly. We were not told it wasn’t even closed properly. Our friend ended having to use 2 rolls of duct tape to stop the wind from coming into the vehicle. There was no easy solution and the heater had been altered and no heat to the floor. It then stranded me on the highway after all lights started flashing and it shut down on me. Towed it back to PG. Had to replace head gaskets. Drive it for 1 week and it blew up again. It’s been parked ever since for lack of time and money to fix it again. Lesson learned! I’ll never recommend these dishonest dealers.

I recently purchased a vehicle from KV Cars. Soon after, the car developed a mechanical issue which I believed to be fairly serious. Upon notifying Lazlo, the owner, he immediately, without argument, dealt with the issue leaving me a satisfied customer. Very honourable! I highly recommend KV Cars Inc.

Very friendly staff & responds quickly to inquiries. I had a special situation that needed extra customer service. I contacted 5 dealerships before KV Cars & they either did not respond, was slow to reply, or flat out refused to help. KV Cars came through and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond what I expected from a used car dealer. My wife was very happy with the vehicle. The price was reasonable and the condition of the vehicle was excellent. I will update this review if anything changes.
