Fedphoneline has been amazing from the start they always help their customersI was having financial trouble due to the covert 19 buyers and I reached out to these support workers and they told me that if I did a quick Google review that they would add five dollars to my account ! They added more than five actually they gave me seven dollars which I mean it doesn’t seem like that much but in all honesty that’s three phone calls that I would not of gotten they are amazing choose them over any other providerwhen you call into customer service they are nothing but helpful and knowledgable in what they are able to provide and always speak to you with respect and seem to always actually want to help you with the matter you are addressing

This company has some of the rudest staff I've ever come in to contact with. After deducting 140 from my account after a blocked service for 3 months. They would not take the time to look threw my service billing and see there error . I would never use this company again no matter how low there pricing is . There the trained" staff are nothing more then a bunch of goofs at a desk useless bunch of 30 something kids . Most likely still living st home with their head set job ."

We had some anxiety about keeping in touch with our loved one but this service was great and I really appreciated it. The online dashboard, payment process is simple and flawless. When ever I had a question for customer service I received answers promptly. I once had to change the number and that was done easily, and I have now terminated the account and also done easily with no abnormal charge showing up. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful that a service like this exists. I couldn't have afforded the collect calls other wise. The best part was that it allowed the calls to come through to my cell phone so I didn't miss any calls. I have to say that this is one of the best phone services I have ever used. I have been a customer for a while now and have never been disappointed with the quality of service they provide. I’ve had my one line for over a year and Fedphoneline was so amazing when it comes to any issue that I decided to get my second line with them as well. Now when my husband gets transferred for court I can always feel assured that our calls are always connected at a great rate. I don’t even worry about not using the one line for a few months because it’s so affordable. I’ve never had better customer service! Anytime I have an issue they return my call within a 10minute window, always helpful n professional! I would n have recommended fedphoneline to my friends n total strangers lol! I wouldn’t go anywhere else...!
