While we did not have to refinance our mortgage yet, I wanted to see our options and come up with the best strategy we can for the time we need it. We had found our dream home and we were elated when our offer was accepted. Though, shortly after our first broker had failed to secure financing. As a self-employed owner, it was harder than I realized to get the financing we needed. We turned to Sean since he specializes in mortgages for self-employed owners. It took some time and a lot of hard work, but Sean came through and got us the money we needed. Now, we are living the dream in our new home.
