Jordan helped us big time after our vehicle broke down on the Coquihalla. He was able to look at our car quickly and though the mechanics were not able to fix it, when I went to pay for his services, Jordan refused to take any payment. He also allowed our 2 year old 2 run amok in the shop while we re-planned our trip. Awesome service!

Always so helpful! We have got most of our mechanical service done here. Very pleasant staff. Hopefully, in the future, they will be able to accommodate RV tire changes.

I called and spoke to Jordan because my daughter in law was travelling with 3 little ones and was getting a message her tire was low. Jordan took great care of her when she got there and it made me extremely relieved knowing they could continue their journey safely. Thanks Jordan, might have been a small fix for you but meant the world to me knowing they were safe.

Stopped here on the way to Vancouver as our tire pressure warning light had come on. They checked the pressure for all the tires and ensured that everything was good before we got back on the highway. Extremely friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Great customer service! Dropped our Tesla off with a slow leak in a tire. Fixed in 1 hr. No charge (I think we bought the tires from Kal Tire). Thanks Jordan and crew!

Thank you so much to Jordan and the team for helping us plug the flat tire we got on the Coquihalla on Nov 25, 2022. We were lucky the 6 inch piece of metal you pulled out of the tire didn't do more damage! Your quick expertise had us back on the road in less than 45 min. You made a terrible circumstance nearly stress free.

Coming up from Vancouver I had a problem with a noise that was becoming increasingly bad in my vehicles front end.I called around and car repair places could not get me in til next week.I was worried about being able to return safely to Vancouver.Dropped in to Kal Tire and Brian said they would fit me in.They found problem and fixed it for no charge!!!Thank you!!!
