Hôtel-Pavillons-Spa Le Petit Manoir du Casino

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is simple but nice, would need a little TLC in the cleanliness of windows and hallway carpets. The spa is in need of big repairs. Some features didn't work or are missing. Nice view of the river from inside. Restaurant very nice, important to know reservation required. Located on a hill side, in narrow streets, a bit complicated to navigate.

Book this hotel based on the ratings on google... room was great. Stayed at pavillon B. Book 1 night via booking and second night direct at the property.. 2 issues with room. Phone not working and did not have shower gel at all. Despite reporting it to the front desk staff and they said they cannot do anything as the whole mechanism of the shower gel box is missing.. they gave us soap to shower. Extended the second night and was expecting some kind of gesture on the pricing, so some manager name Flore, said no gesture as solution was provided...soap was given. ???? We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned the room....i do not understand why.. yet you pay the public price....i do think thst they do not value their customers...

Accidentally cancelled our room after 1 night,needed to run to get our breakfast coupons that should have been given to us on our arrival. Could use better front desk staff. Shuttle drivers are super nice!!!

My stay there was quite enjoyable. We had a king bed room with parking view. The room was very clean and surprisingly very large. And was not even one of the accessible rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we had questions. The breakfast buffet was quiet good and the price very reasonable. The only downside is the parking there was plenty but since it was on a major hill it made unloading your luggage difficult. If I am back in the area I will certainly stay here again.

A nice and beautiful place to stay in La Malbaie. The hotel is located in the center of many activities and the sea view is breathtaking! Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant Les Délices serves delicious food for reasonable prices!! We really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you

This place was amazing, the view is exquisite and the service was outstanding !

We were very, very disappointed with this location.First, we spent two full nights without sleeping due to the wind and noise caused by stuff moving on the roof. So much so that we decided to leave one day early even though the last day had already been paid for and couldn't be reimbursed.Second, the Restaurant in the Hotel looks nice, but the service is so slow you'd probably be better off going there at 9AM, order your lunch and come back at 1PM once it's ready. One thing I have to mention though is that the staff at the restaurant was actually nice, even though they weren't very efficient.Third, about half the staff we've met at reception didn't look like they wanted to be there.Honestly, we would not go back to this place.

The hotel is located next to the popular Casino Charlevoix. But, if you book a visit for weekends or holidays be prepared to spend too much of your time in line ups. 25 mins to check in was my experience. Parking is too far from the entrance and requires a long hike up a steep hill. Free breakfast, sure... but you need to book a table the day before because the restaurant can't handle the number of guests.Here's the problem. The hotel got greedy. They added a ton of guest rooms (which are comfortable) but didn't design it's other services to meet the needs of all those guests who've come to hit the casino slots.In my opinion, you'd be happier in a small auberge a bit farther from the casino.
