We have used Bryce at Motion for a few purchases. Their service to our family have been exceptional. We have private homecare for our mother and had spent many wasteful hours trying to equip her home with the equipment that would enhance the quality of her environment. Bryce has also shown such great respect and compassionfor her situation. Their service has far exceeded what we have experienced at other local homecarebusinesses. We would highly recommend Bryce and this Lethbridge business.

Bryce is awesome to work with ! I have gotten several pieces of equipment from Motion and all of them have been provided quickly and accurately, and Bryce and the other staff have always been friendly and very helpful.

Bryce was very good at communicating with us and kept us up to date on the progress of our sale. The chair arrived Friday and I have been enjoying it ever since.

I received my chair at the beginning of January and absolutely love it! Bryce is an amazing person to work with! He’s a great listener and communicator and kept me in the loop of how things were going. This has been the greatest experience I’ve had when it comes to needing special equipment and it got here quite fast which I loved as well! Bryce makes this vendor the best in Lethbridge. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and legitimately cares about a clients experience using equipment. If I know Bryce is around and being treated fairly by his employer I will continue to recommend Motion as a quality vendor.
