Opens at 11 but doors are still closed, staff came in at 11:03, doors were still closed. Doors only opened at 11:10 . If a store physically states that it opens at 11, it should strictly stick to that instead of wasting customers’ time waiting outside, especially if they are up early because they have come a long way. Staff were also unwelcoming due to an improper greeting.

First of all, the store is very bad. The way the owner speaks makes me very uncomfortable. All the products I bought are twice as expensive as the market price.
