I purchased a Pride Recliner leather lift chair from motions in Sault Ste. Marie. The service from this company has been fantastic. After ordering a chair from Golden which had several problems they ordered another one which also had problems Motions then ordered one from Pride I am very happy with it. I want to thank Steve Bernardo and Steve from service they went out of there way to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied. Great experience. Salesman, Richard, came out on Monday. He wore a mask for my safety. On Wednesday Steven and Brett came and installed my chairlift. Very cordial and professional. They stayed until everything worked properly. More importantly that I was confident in how the chair worked. Beautiful chair!

We just had two HomeGlide chair lifts installed. Sales representative was very knowledgable, professional when at our house. Installers, Evan and Steve were excellent. professional and very helpful with the instructions and trial uses. We are very pleased with the excellent service

I just had ceiling track installed for a patient lift. Steve and Jake were the installers. They did an amazing job and were very professional. They installed without leaving any mess and made sure everything was back in place when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone

My wife purchased a mattress for me as I have not been having a good sleep for some time. Steve set up a mattress trial with ones that fit the bed and my need for a good sleep. The team at Motion came to my place and I tried out the mattresses for a couple of days and nights. I did find one and we purchased it.I would like to thank Steve and the team at Motion for their professional attitude and assistance. I am back to getting a good nights sleep. Where does one begin to say thank you to such a wonderful organization? We had the wonderful experience of dealing with motion specialties this week in trying to have our wheelchair accessible van fixed. From the moment we walked through the door we were felt with care, concern, and a sense of professionalism. Andre and his team of amazing professionals made sure we were heard, listened to and tried to address all of our issues. Our accessible van is the only means we have to ensuring our son is able to participate in the world around him. Whether it is to transport him to and from school, attend appointments and infusions or just experience the goings on around Sault Ste. Marie, our van is his key to accessibility. When it stopped working, his access became extremely limited. The Motion Specialty team ensured we were dealt with right away and worked to fix the issue and come up with a solution as soon as possible.For this, Steve the “Wizard of all things Mechanical” took over and ensured he found a way to repair things so we could have the van back as soon as possible. He understood how important our van was to our son and his grip on society. He methodically worked on that van and came up with a solution to put our son back on the road. Steve explained everything going on in terms that we could understand. Thanks to Steve our son has a smile back on his face and singing “they see me Rollin”A huge thank you to Andre, Steve and the whole Motion Specialties team. I called Motion to request service on my mother's wheelchair. They responded quickly and was able to come to the home the following day. Steve did a thorough check and made adjustments as needed. He also took a look at my mother's other mobility devices and ensured those were safe as well. Super friendly, prompt, and professional service. I would highly recommend!

When our family recently found ourselves in a crisis situation, we needed to get a number of safety measures in place prior to our father’s hospitalization and pending discharge home. The Motions Specialties team provided excellent service delivery with professionalism and grace from start to finish. Rhonda took the time to explain what products would work best to address accessibility and safety concerns and always with a smile no matter how busy she was. Andre and Steve not only took the time to walk our family through what was needed to install our gently used “new” electric lift system but also talked with our contractors who were installing the required concrete pad to ensure all requirements were met. Darren and Jake drove to St. Joseph Island to do the lift installation not once but twice due to circumstances beyond our family’s control and did an excellent job…and then went beyond what was expected and installed two accessibility items that we had not yet had time to take care of. Our family would like to thank this team for helping us to bring Dad home safely and on schedule!
