We had a great first experience where staff greeted us as soon as we entered the establishment, very friendly! We brought our Yorkie, to see Julia, and she had given her professional assessment on suggestions for the specific breed, as well as asking us what our preferences were prior to the grooming. We can not wait to return, and I know Dexter can't as well.

Julia is the best groomer! Fast and efficient and so conscientious of the specific pet she is working with. Great selection of inexpensive grooming tools and lots of toys and great little Easter event as well!

Always friendly, helpful staff. The groomers are top notch, but nothing beats the shop dog, Dallas.

Had our miniature schnauzer groomed here last Fall, and we weren't too pleased with the cut. Certain areas near my dog's ears and legs weren't symmetrically trimmed, and we had to trim our dog ourselves once we got home. Perhaps it was a busy Saturday afternoon?However this store does stock a good variety of food products and toys for our dog, and that keeps us returning.

I love Bark & Fitz ESPECIALLY the Oakville South location!! I go 5-6 times a month just to check in with the staff and see what they have new in the store. I LOVE buying my food from them they are very knowledgable when it comes to their food brands and which is the best flavors. When I went in the other day the Owner Dianne came over and helped me with my purchase of dog treats and showed me the best sellers!!! Let me tell you she was not wrong my dog just about took the bag out of my hand once I opened up the bag of treats they smelled so good!!! Incase you didn't know they also have a feeding program which I find FANTASTIC especially with 2 dogs. When you buy 12 bags of dog food you get your 13th bag for free!!! I am counting down the days till my next visit!!!

My dog Charlie loves seeing Juliana Mejia so much I had to follow her to Bark and Fitz when she left her last location. Charlie is a sassy dog who's a little fussy with his paws after a bad experience but Juliana has been working with him for the past (at least) 3 years to help him feel more comfortable during grooming. Juliana always listens to my concerns and is very caring towards Charlie. It's nice knowing that Charlie is always safe and stress free during the groom and also looks amazing after!

Best little pet store with an ample selection of treats, toys, kibble AND raw food. The food rewards program is a bonus! Our two frenchies are always greeted with big smiles and patience as they proceed to sniff all the tasty treats and toys. Can’t speak to the grooming of the store, but the customer service is top notch

Very helpful and friendly staff.Got a coat for my 9 month old great dane puppy. Lots of parking and easy to find. Pet friendly.
