A separate checkin line for appointments would be very helpful. I asked when I arrived if apts could check in 1st but they said no, wait in line. I had to wait 30 minutes in line and missed my apt time. This makes no sense.

What a disorganized mess. If they moved any slower they’d be stopped. The accent the Staff has makes them hard to understand.Nepean Life Labs issue…It is not acceptable. Ontario needs to get this mess cleaned up before someone is hurt because of the lack of Professionalism!!!!!WOWED

Went there for my blood work without an appointment.Staff was very helpful, explained me the whole process gave me few options as well.Wait time was around 40-60 minutes.The lady who took my blood was good as well.I will definitely recommend this location.

I booked the appointment online. I showed up and waited 2 minutes. The nurse that drew the blood did such a great job I barely felt the needle. It was a fantastic experience.

Long wait times (expect 1-2 hours). Hope the staff here gets paid well, they're nice but I can tell it's not an easy job dealing with sick people 24/7.

Terrible! My doctor recommended to do blood test here, and told me the cost is approximately $25. When I arrived the nurse told me $75, and unclear to explain why so much price increased. At the end there was no actual printed receipt but only hand written one. I was really disappointed.

Not like there's a lot of options but I wouldn't recommend this place as booking appointments seem to mean nothing. So far my experience has been you'll get called in late if there are multiple walk ins ahead of you. Parking is paid but that's pretty much the case for every location. Staff seem nice though and results got posted quickly.

Relatively fast. Only waited about 30 min for walkin no appointment.Sara was very friendly and she has a very slight hand, i didnt even feel the blood drawn. Thank youRecommend this location

I had an amazing experience with lab clean and organized. Amira did a great job , she is professional and kind.

The place is so busy. The front desk staff seemed very short with the patients and almost annoyed but I guess given the volume of people coming through the door you can’t blame them. Wait time is about 45-60 minutes or more so be prepared for that.The lady that administered my blood work was as pleasant as could be. I was going to rate the establishment pretty poorly but she turned around my experience with her positive attitude, friendly demeanour and quick but efficient service.The owner should get them more staff so they can take breaks and leave the office on time after their scheduled shift like normal people. Just hate to see them stressed out.
