Great service quick response to online questions. I have been going to my local for years now asking for unflavoured juice after being told by competitor for years, no we don't carry it as nobody uses it (note its LIX a brand they carry). Went to Cloud9 What do you know they have right there.. Carry the higher quality caliburn uwell X that i had been looking for, great service very helpful though google chat and in person. My new vape shop Thanks! My new go to place.

Amazing customer service. I was on the hunt today for a CLX device and I mustve called around to 15 different shops. When I called cloud 9 they originally missed my call but went above and beyond. They returned my call to see if they could help me with anything. Ended up swinging over to their shop and I'm glad we did. 10/10 recommend!!

Wonderful little vape shop found in a convenient location near Cats Caboose.Knowledgeable bro & sis owners and very pleasant to deal with. Did I mention the great discounts ( more u buy more % you get off your bill ) They carry lots of Elfbars flavours too. Will definitely come back and tell friends about this great shop.
