bought my moms kitchen appliances from this place. horrible service. they said they would send someone out to fix the fridge door and never did. the dishwasher has never properly cleaned the dishes. now good luck getting anyone to come fix your brand new appliances with this covid. thanks for nothing. will never buy anything from you again.

This is our second purchase at Premium Appliances Abbotsford. Recently purchase a French door fridge and its available in their stock, so No waiting. The sales person was very courteous and did not mind to answer all our questions. The delivery was also swift and on time.

There's something to be said about a local store like this one as opposed to the big box experience. I parked 20 ft from the front door, walked in and a salesman helped me within 20 seconds. I picked out a dishwasher, they had it in stock and I can pick it up today. Amazing. Shop local friends.
