Not sure why anyone would shop there and don't believe any of the good reviews our fridge died it was three years old and extended warranty was purchased it has now been 7 weeks we still don't have a fridge and they are saying it can't be repaired the warranty is supposedly going to cover 1700$ towards a replacement but the replacement cost is 2200$ not sure how you purchase extended warranty and can't get the refrigerator replaced with no extra cost the same fridge is being sold at best buy for 1799$ I would not shop there unless it was a last resort absolutely terrible 7 weeks to get our fridge figured out and when you call there to inquire about it they couldn't care less

Staff were on time, could get them out the same day which was wonderful.However we were charged $1000 over what was quoted - for some that’s not a big deal but it was a lot extra for us to be paying.

Our refrigerator died suddenly. We drove to Modern Electric looking for a new one. We explained to the sales rep our situation. We picked out a new one Maytag" happened to be on sale. Yeah. Our sales rep talked to her delivery person and quested he fit us in same day. We finished the paperwork at 2:00 and drove the 45 minutes home

Great people to work with been dealing with them on and off for the past 10 years they go out of there way to make sure your happy (thumbs up)

Awesome service and staff

The team at Modern Electric is great! I had a fairly complex scope, with multiple installs, and time pressures. Not only did the team execute exactly what was needed, they were also able to problem solve and assist with the larger install scope. Would absolutely use them again!
