I watched a cook eat out of the French fries that were put to the side to be served and then watched as they were served to me. When I refused to take the food and requested a refund. The Cashier told me and I quote Oh. But she washed her hands". I informed her that was not the point and did not want a fresh one but a refund. I watched her discuss with the Manger for two minutes then when the Manager came to me and tried offer the same as the Cashier

I went here today and ordered onion rings I don't know what's wrong with the staff here ...they seems to be confused ...my order was ready but still I waited for someone to come and give me the order and when they gave me my order they missed sweet and sour and lemonade .I asked to the girl working there but idk why she ignored and ordered a guy named Amrit to offer food to me ...all in all Amrit was quick in his work

Food is okay for fastfood standard but lousy service from staff. Their food preparation is without gloves and mask from the staff assigned. They are chatting while taking orders and end up giving incomplete orders because they are not attentive. This location should give their staff proper orientation of food handling and customer service.

this location is so neat and clean. The dining area is like the old diner style vibe. My food tastes great. Coffee yup. I liked it.

Today i went to drive thru at this location, and whoever the girl was working there needs proper training. Etiquette 0 , Attitude was high , doesn’t know how to deal with customer. Firstly she gave me wrong order and instead of apologizing she was blaming me to order it incorrectly.Very bad experience.

I have never actually been to this location, but did order few time on uber eats. Burger are good as always. Fries are a hit or miss. sometimes they are good, sometimes its like soggy and looks like reheated. Also, they do miss items in the order all the time. Not to mention the extra sauces that you pay the order are never there.

It’s a bit weird that dine-in in Brampton appears to not be overly popular, but it seems to be the case for quite a few restaurants in the area, and this was case for A&W too. The facilities were clean and orderly and the staff was polite., but the burger “teen” combo was average. Overall it wasn’t bad, but there are better burgers elsewhere.

Dunno if it happens with everyone or just me. Just walked into this outlet to grab a quick bite and ordered some bread and eggs and bacon. I was served with a wooden fork and knife. All this while I kept thinking that this is how they serve (I was a first-timer here). Then I noticed an elderly couple eating with a steel fork and knives. My question is: why this discrimination? Why would you assume that someone dining in will be comfortable with wooden cutlery? or did you assume by my appearance that I would not know how to use one? Is there a minimum bill amount beyond which you give steel cutlery?
