We hadn't traveled for a significant vacation since the pandemic. It was so helpful to work with someone who not only knew the area (Vancouver Island, BC, Canada) well, but who also made excellent recommendations for insurance coverages for the trip. It's so important to make informed decisions and it was a relief to work with an expert. Melissa chose fabulous accommodations, perfectly timed flights, and had great suggestions for our interests. She encouraged us to explore add-on's through her access to partners, and our sailing excursion was a thrilling, hands-on experience I'll never forget. When we approached her about our European adventure, she gave us a variety of unique and exciting experiences to help us narrow down our choices.We ended up choosing a River Cruise and had a spectaucular time! Melissa was amazing to work with; she was on top of all details and bookings, and made great recommendations from accommodations to travel to tours. Melissa is very organized, attentive and knowledgeable. I have fairly high standards and have always managed my own vacations, but after using Melissa, I would definitely utilize her services again. She did an amazing job helping us put together a family Disney vacation. Disney can be overwhelming. Melissa was so professional and easy to work with. She was able to add me on to an existing trip at the last minute. She was able to accommodate my requests, and got me on to the same flights as the rest of my trip-mates. When my trip was threatened to be canceled a couple days before take-off, she was calm and gave me advice on how to handle the situation. Despite being on vacation herself during our vacation, Melissa made herself available and replied promptly if any issues arose.Her recommendations for San Pedro were spot-on, and made for a really fun experience.I would work with Melissa again, and highly recommend her services!

We heard about Melissa and Yaycations through friends who had just used her for their own European trip. After our first contact with Melissa we were able to sense how enthusiastic she was about helping us to plan our dream honeymoon. We had the greatest time on a cruise to Argentina and Chile. We decided to spend a few days in Chile after the cruise was over and Melissa set us up with some great places to stay. My husband broke his ankle a few days before we left and Melissa was very helpful in organizing airplane support and making any itinerary changes that needed to be made. She made our booking easy and saved me loads of time, not only booking the flight but also making changes along the way. We decided to add an excursion while we were on the cruise and she was able to find one and secure it for us for our next port. Overall, would definitely recommend her services. Save yourself some time and stress, travel is suppose to be relaxing after all.

Melissa did an amazing job at planning our trip to Bahia Principe Grand La Romana in Dominican Republic. She sent my boyfriend and I multiple emails with different resorts in Dominican that she thought we would enjoy. The emails were very in depth and explained everything so well. We already had in mind that we were thinking of going to this resort and she gave us her honest review to help us make our decision. This was my first trip outside of Canada with my boyfriend and no parents. She helped everything run smoothly before we left and even made sure we arrived to our destination. I had absolutely no stress before leaving for our vacation knowing that she had everything planned and ready for us.
